There are widespread outages affecting the Rockstar Social Club services as well as the GTAO and RDO servers. Rockstar is aware of these outages and is "working" to fix them.
This shouldn't even be a big issue, but the Rockstar Launcher acts as DRM. Because people are unable to login to the Rockstar Launcher, they're unable to play GTA. I can't even play singleplayer! Absolutely ridiculous!
Why Rockstar thinks a seven year old game needs a second launching platform to act as DRM is beyond my comprehension, but there you go. Hopefully someone figures out a way to disable it in the future.

The rockstars servers are having log in issues but even iff u tried to load the game with lspdfr u could but not with scripthook to install vehicles or character and u couldnt use rage because it crashes so me and many others are waiting for a patch to be releasd if u want to get notified when a new rage patch comes out join rage discord server
 

yes rockstar said they are aware of the server crashes its also reported affecting the UK and Europe too so its everyone lol

​No offense but that is a really poor editing job.

Please don't call yourself a modeler if you're just going to take publicly available parts and throw them together on a model, its insulting to the actual modelers. A modeler is the person that actually makes those models you're using from scratch. In your case, you've done nothing besides import a few unlocked models without any textures whatsoever and you haven't even arranged the hierarchy properly. Persons who do and release such work are labelled by some in the community as a GAD(a person who just glues and distributes poorly assembled models), its not a term you want to stick.
 
You're learning and I respect that, I was there once too. However, if you're looking for decent feedback, the least you could do would be to get the model into the game(in a working state) and then start a thread with a few ingame pictures of what you've done or what you're trying to achieve. I should also make mention that many people don't understand the concept of using the forums and in turn they upload these models to the downloads database expecting feedback, an act that results in more hate rather than criticism nowadays as the downloads database has been plagued by such content over the past few years. 
 
I'd recommend you take a look at the tutorials pertaining to the assembly of mods before you continue, doing so ought to be to your own benefit. Unless there's a demand for what you're making, I'd also suggest you keep the models that you've assembled whilst in the process of learning to yourself and rather use them for feedback in order to improve your skills.
 
Whilst many people aren't accepting of blunt responses and see them negatively, I'd rather be honest about what you've produced rather than praising it and giving you a false idea of success and perfection.

That is really the best new interceptor you'll get. I don't even think modders will give it out for money since they can't unless they scratch make the whole model. I doubt you will be able to get a Caprice or Taurus so good luck!

No offense, but how do you work for a law enforcement agency if you - A) Cannot proficiently complete a sentence, and B) Cannot correctly spell the name of the Sherriff Department you work for?
Also I would like to point out to you that the Carroll County Sheriffs, are an office, not a department. The difference between the two, is that in a Sheriff's Office the Sheriff is an elected official, vs. in a Sheriff's Department the Sheriff is a delegated position. With that being said, the car that you posted looks nice, however the bs regarding your career is not true.

Whelen Liberty Mega Pack 2.0!
 
So after a little while of a break due to stupid school/work, I will be going to start working on the Liberty Pack again. School is coming very close to the end so I will have more time and hopefully pump these cars out. Over the time gone, I've acquired 2 new vehicles; a 2013 Interceptor and 2013 Interceptor Utility. I will be changing these cars up a little bit from the first time due to ELS v8 but they will be similar. Pictures will be posted and you guys will be updated. Thanks for all the support<3!
