I find it sad that celebrities can break the law and receive little or no punishment for it, while an ordinary person would be facing huge fines and jail time.

Good, maybe he will actually get jail time but i doubt that will happen

Who cares? I've towed cars from DUI accidents, what makes him so special? just another victim of stupidity & a would be fatality we'd have to clean up, I would tow that vehicle, not feel sorry for his actions & go home and go back to bed. done deal.

Nobody cares about him indeed (apart from his producer perhaps), but who needs even more injured bystanders? I wonder what Lamborghini might do to an ordinary sedan.

It is a bad choice, but a choice he would have made the second he put the key in the ignition, both cars I'd assume would look like a car bomb hit them.. especially making impact going 100KM/H the opposite direction will have this effect, we're talking physics taking place now, don't get me wrong, this stuff sucks & not fun to look at, but if you want to endanger yourself & others while drinking alcohol well then fuck ya, I have no pitty for you.

Justin wanted to do hip hop and now he is out getting in trouble and pointless fights.

Almost everyone is offered bail. It'd be extremely unusual if he WEREN'T, since he's not much of a flight risk or much of a serious danger to the community (that applies to violent criminals, not drag racers). Pretty much anyone arrested for DUI would be out on bail.

Just deport him...

 

It's the easy way out, he's not a American citizen so shouldn't be a problem after the recent crimes he has committed? It's not the first time he's made the headlines doing stupid stuff....

He's going to end up like the rest of them. Going in and out of rehab.

EDIT: also, he looks like Keira Knightly too.  He'd be more than welcome in jail, that pretty little mouth and all.
