Just remain, i would like to see more gun on LCPDFR v1.00 .Especially for EFLC, NOOSE will use M249, Auto Shotgun, Sniper, Grenade, and more....

Please add them in the next version.

When doing a traffic stop, asking driver to step out driver should exit vehicle and put hands up or onto the vehicle in accordance to officers instructors - this will make for a quick frisk of the subject and or arrest. - i notice sometimes after the driver exits the vehicle he/she will wander and at times get struck by an on coming vehicle.

Not regular grenades, something like the flashbang mod. If anything happens with the guns:

 

a) Only NOoSE should be allowed to carry more advanced weapons (ie M249, stun grenades, etc.)

b) The .ini file should dictate what guns officers carry. For example:

 

 

noosewepsadv = 1 (NOoSE w/ Advanced weapons, true)

OR

noosegrenade = 1 (NOoSE carries grenades)

noose249 = 1 (NOoSE carries M249)

and so on and so forth.

Did you mean we can edit NOOSE's weapons in .INI file?

He's making a suggestion; LCPDFR does not allow you to edit what weapons NOoSE carries.

Theirs the normal GTA 4 police Belts , And then the Modded GTA 4 Belt with the Stun Gun and lots of holsters. Or use a Cop Model , Wearing S.W.A.T Pants , With the gun Holster on its leg. Just an Idea. 

 

*Question About Multiplayer ?

 

Has their Been A Focus ON gta 4 LCPDFR Multiplayer ? Groups Are a Big Part Of LCPDFR , And we do experience alot of miss haps. Will we be able to Go in the station Online With Friends without the possibility of crashing ? During Traffic Stops/Pursuits , Going the Opposite Way Wont Bug them out , Messing the pursuit/Traffic Stop Up ?

This would involve an actual model edit. The Devs are in concurrence with each other that LCPDFR should not include model edits unless absolutely necessary (ie: the tazer).

Sticks and stones may break bones, but 5.56 fragments on impact.

Hey, I don't know if someone already said this, but a feature to save your "cop character" would be great and time saving, maybe the car even!

GTA IV doesn't work like, say, Saints Row 2 (which I bring up b/c I rediscovered it last week and it's awesome). Clothing is pre-modeled; you can't, within the confines of the game, take the lower from one model and the upper from another - you have to go outside the game to do that. To actually make a new belt, you have to model it yourself; the belt isn't separate from the pants, it's part of the same mesh. While you could combine the police upprs with the SWAT lowr, or with other lowrs like policeman123's with Taser, that can't be done ingame with a script. LCPDFR is generally designed to work with preexisting game resources, and the only content edit it makes is the Taser. Unless there's an extremely compelling reason to have something for which there is no acceptable ingame model (e.g. Taser), we're not making model edits.

While better MP support is a good suggestion, I'm sorry to inform you that as long as LCPDFR is computer code written by humans, there will always be the possibility of crashes, glitches, and bugs. We can try to minimize them, but there will always be bugs.

My Wishlist:

 

1.Set a location so all officers go to the location.(i know it can use the marker,but i want to use with weapon pointer)

2.All officer will always chase fleeing suspect even they were too far.

3.Noose or Cops will not disappear until the callout clear.(bcoz sometime when i chase a suspect, my backups is gone)

4.Call FIB.

5.Smarter Police. (Already in the Preview) DONE!

6.More Weapons. (M249,Auto Shotgun, MP5, Sniper, FN P90)

7.More Vehicles.

 

 

Hope they all are add to the next version.

As shown in the preview, I can confirm to you that all AI cops are now capable of making arrests and starting pursuits.  With the callout API, you'll also be able to set it up so that other cops respond too.

Will it pretty much be like the random chases in GTA5? Or will AI traffic stops be a thing, cause that would be awesome.

 

By the way, how will lethal force be handled? It seemed like shoot-on-sight for both criminals and cops won't always be the default, if I remember correctly. Will criminals drop their guns or simply run away? And will cops attempt to arrest instead of shoot them?

AI traffic stops are currently in our build - but they have quite a few kinks which we'll see if i can sort out.  As far as random chases go, they won't be like GTA V.  In GTA V it makes sense to have the player witness random chases out of nowhere as that could happen.  As a cop though, you're almost always going to be informed about these chases if they get anywhere near you so the way it works is as shown in the preview, you get the choice to respond to them or not.

 

Lethal force is more or less the same as it is in RC2 from what I can remember.  You have the option of authorising lethal force on any suspect you are chasing - this will mean that cops will default to it.  Otherwise, cops will default to non lethal force.  By default, I mean that it is the course of action that cops will take unless something happens to change that.   Say for example, you're chasing a suspect with lethal force disabled, if they run over a cop, they'll start opening fire regardless.   Criminals with weapons get challenged by police to drop their guns - sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.

I would like to see the police are not disappear when they're too far from me (player) in fleeing callout. Because in RC2, when i too far to my backup (police) they are disappear and i must call a new police backup to chase the suspect.

I have 3 wishes for the next version. It's all about improvements which all a bit annoying in current version (95RC2).

 

First

It's about calling backup. When i need backups, i press alt+b/n to call a backups. I know they already appeared but they did not come to my location. I have heared their alarm. This is all because they get stuck by an object. For example, i call a police with alt+b key. i knew they have appeared because have heared their alarm.But, they did not come to my location because they get stuck by an electric power pole. They must be able to move backward, But they just only move forward until forever. I hope they able move backward in next version.

 

Second

I knew when we click key 3 while aiming to a person will set the person as a target by the officer in the area. But it's only the nearest officer, it's just like 10 meters around the player. I hope in the next version when we press key 3 while aiming, all the law units even they are far from me will able to target the person who have been pointed.

 

Third

A lot of car will make the game lag,right?!. So in this wish i hope a officers or NOOSEs in one car isn't only 2 officers or NOOSEs, But 4 officers or NOOSEs in 1 car to saving the PC memory and not make the street full of law enforcement car.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hey i found a bug, i got a callout, it was a shoot fired callout, when i killed them i died because they shot me! And some of they still remain in the location.then, i appeared in hospital and tried to kill the remains. But when they have died the red arrow and red marker is still appear in the screen and map. It is so annoying. This bug is only occur in shoot fired only. If it can be fixed, then please fix it.

the only solution to fix it is load save game again or restart game.

I know that feeling, but I got a solution and i always do it, use the MET Coroner MOD of Abraxas and they will clear the dead bodies and the markers will be also gone.

This is because you need a more powerful computer I believe. GTA IV unloads cars from the memory to compensate for the lack of memory.

Calling for backup is cool, but I also want to respond other's backup request(with radio chatter)

V.I.P. escort with random events would be great too

 

Oh, what about the player being a roadblock unit? responding to roadblock request, park the police car between others' and wait for suspect to come.

when suspect reaches roadblock, he pulls over and shootout begins.
