I feel pretty sure I've seen bucky16 around before. He seems to be telling the truth about the account.

It was the same name as the "new" account I "recreated" today. bucky16

 

I have looked though our logs, howerver I have been unable to find anything on bucky16 in terms of user merging, deletion, banning, I can't find anything on it.

I know for sure it wasn't a changed name because I had also tried under forgot password entering my email and it had said that my email didn't exist either.

He claimed to be doing an FDLC:FR mod, which he only showed screenshots for (he refused to post videos) and had mysterious delays as it approached the planned release date. The general consensus here is that he lied about that mod.
