"Del Perro" is roughly translated to "Dog" or "Of the Dog"

So, that pier is quite possibly called the Pier of the Dog.

Open world?? Wonder if they are going to make it more open than GTAIV. Like maybe add a little Red Dead Redemption into that. Where you stumble on missions by roaming around the world.
