For violations, choose "This site is distrubuting someone else's copyrighted material, possibly without permission"
Make sure to be as detailed as possible.
 
If enough of you do it, they'll get banned from AdSense, and will lose funds to run their copyright violating site.

The second version of the explorer is with my skin even though I said everywhere no one could reupload the textures without my permission. But I expected it to be uploaded on , they upload everything, no matter what you tell them.

This really pisses me off. At least all my models are locked...

It seems like they go directly to GTA4-Mods and reupload the content from there. That's why I never release stuff on there. They disregard any sort of message you send to them regarding stolen content.

I use to trust GTAinside but they don't seem to care anymore about the modders just the money as they do not takedown stolen/ripped content that was reported by developer, just as bad as to me.

Wow. I am lost for words there.

They either rip the car, edit it to make it look horrible, and re-upload it without creditz, or they just re-upload without permisson. They have atleast 80% of meh shit

Is this topic about the Marine arrested, or Mexican corruption? Nobody can say it's corruption if he's arrested, because it's their laws. It's the Marine's fault for carrying guns and not knowing the law. And it's their laws if you're immediately arrested and detained until otherwise proven innocence.
And no doubt there is corruption, but corruption is unrelated to the topic title.

In the OP's case, yes, ROTA is what should've been used since the lightbar is not setup to rotate with DROT.  ROTA is the equivalent of ELS-H in previous ELS versions.  If you have a car that's set up for ELS-H in ELSv6, for example, you use ROTA.

This is one old topic but alright.
That lightbar is not setup for ELS 8. it just won't work unless you edit it in Zmod.
