Do you mean you wish to "uninstall" a modification you've "installed"? Yes, if you restore the backups you made prior to installing the modification, or just reinstall your game, or if you are using Steam, verify your local game files.

That won't work - You need to use your vanilla folder with the RPH. There is no need to uninstall everything if you're just using the RPH - Simply do not launch the game with the RPH if you wish to play online.

It should all be laid out in the readme or manual, please refer to it.

You should only put LSPDFR plugins in this folder.
