First off, welcome! Secondly, you're not the first with being first and everyone has to start somewhere - A great big bunch of people start out here, on this very site. Due to this, there's already a whole bunch of topics, manuals and guides with the information you require - Have you tried searching for the information you need first? I'm sure there is something out there to help you!

And always remember, you may own your computer to some degree, but you do not own the OS - You own a license to use the OS.

I think there are plenty of third-party apps out there to disable the "apps" feature. I upgraded to Windows 10 when it first was possible to do so, and I can't say I miss Windows 7. I run Windows 10 on all my Windows devices, both at home and at work. Plus, you can use ctrl+c and ctrl+v in CMD.

This is not true at all. We aim to be the largest modding site for the GTA series. Of course, the most prominent mods on our site is of course policing related, but other mods are most welcome on the site. If we see a certain influx of weapon mods, it may be reconsidered.

You'll probably have better luck with posting over on the RPH dedicated support forums. Have you tried to install the latest version of the RPH? Are you running an otherwise unmodified copy of GTA V? do you have the latest version of GTA V?

It will probably be a feature in the future. As of now, LSPDFR is in early beta. LCPDFR is in version 1.1.
