Yes, you said you wanted it more in backup. If you want it more in traffic, you'll need to edit other internal game files (I think this is in the file "popcycle" in your game files).

You're free to edit the backup.xml to suit your needs - Please use the seach button for information on how to modify the backup.xml file. The model names are just names, they could've been named Robert and Sophia for all the game cares, but that wouldn't make much sense.

I'm not sure what kind of weird program you're using to download the software. Please try using Google Chrome, it works fine there.

You said LCPDFR. What you linked to is LSPDFR. Either way, the download is working fine for me - Using Chrome at the moment with no issues. Something on your end, sorry.

Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated softwareUpdate GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed. Yes of course. There are various topics about this already. If you don't load the plugin, or unload the plugin after using it, it is possible to keep playing as normal. To play GTA Online; Don't launch the game with the RagePluginHook. You'll have to find out which files you've replaced, and then restore the backups you made prior to installing the mod - That's the only way, really.
