Which EVGA card do you have in mind? The best you could go for is probably the EVGA SSC, which is the latest version of the 970 released a couple of months ago if I recall correctly.

Yeah I've heard Win8 doesn't like GTA 4, and vice versa. There is a fix I believe somewhere on the internet. I'll get back to you if and when I find it.

It really comes down to preference. I am not too sure about pricing, but the best "bang for buck" at your sort of budget would be the R7 260X / 265 and the R9 270 or the GTX 750 / Ti. All are excellent cards! Aren't 1TB drives similar in prices to the 500GB ones? At least in the UK there is a very little difference between 500 and 1000GB drives.

Or you could go with the FX-8320, which is pretty much the same thing as the 8350 but the clock is lower (8350 runs at 4GHz right out of the box, where as the 8320 runs at 3.5GHz out of the box) so if you get the 8320 you'll save some money. Since the clock is lower you'll be getting less heat out of it, so the PC itself should run cooler if it had the 8320 and not the 8350. As for the graphics card, why not go with AMD? You'll save yourself a lot of money. If someone can run GTA 4 with mods and an ENB using a 6670, surely something like an R9 270 or the 270x would do just fine.

Was about to say that ^.^ Anyhow, I hope it's Vice City... I've played lots of VC on PC and my PS2 (although I will probably get around to doing that on my pc in the summer :D) because it just... seems cool. I hope they somehow include at least a reference to Vercetti... like how he had his "mob" or "family" in VC but it fell apart few years ago or something like that. Working for him or something would be odd, since GTA 4, 5 and soon to be 6 are all new generation... so they're all different. Andddd watching this while watching the world cup ITA v ENG match makes it hard to concentrate ;( lol

Hi guys, hoping this is the right section for this. So I have installed a really cool FBI Tahoe by cj24 I believe, and there's a template for it. I'm wondering how to make a texture? I know how to actually draw or whatever... what I don't understand is how to convert it into an actual texture (what was it... .wtd file or something?) so it can be used in-game. Any help is, well, helpful. Thanks

You'll be unable to log into RGSC/GTA IV to play online due to the ammount of people trying to get on due to the sale, as a lot of people bought the game. This would only get sorted by Rockstar updating the RGSC client for GTA IV to support larger ammounts of people which is very unlikely due to GTA V. Your best bet is to wait after the 17th if it still happens just wait it gets sorted out and make sure to download latest version of RGSC through their webiste, cba to pull out the link. A quick google will do the trick. Probably won't fix anything though.
