There's no specific issues on our end, most of our benchmarks are showing expected speeds. This could be a capacity issue between your ISP and our providers. There's not much we can do about that, other than potentially expand a server closer to your region in future, but this isn't planned in the immediate future. In the meantime, try downloading during non-peak internet usage hours, and see if that helps. You could also try using a VPN.

If it's crashing the moment you press F4, SHVDN can cause these issues. If you don't use it for any your mods, remove it. Otherwise, try the latest nightly of SHVDN and hope it has a fix.

Mods folder is bad. Confirm by renaming mods to _mods. If that fixes it, undo recent changes to your mods folder or recreate it.

It's a developer option and disables a lot of functionality. You'll have to UNDO that. If you can't get the game to start with the DirectX hook, something on your system (GeForce Experience, Discord, etc) is loading its own DirectX hook and interfering.

Rockstar Launcher doesn't support downgrading or using older versions. If you Google enough there's some workarounds but most are patched.

If your anti-virus marks LSPDFR/RPH as unsafe or you have odd issues running LSPDFR/RPH, you will either need to exclude LSPDFR and RPH's files (refer to your antivirus documentation for more details) or you will have to disable the anti-virus software.

RPH does the job of SHV, if authors want to use it, they can port their scripts to RPH. We don't want the job of maintaining yet another modding resource - especially one that isn't used by us - but perhaps somebody else would be interested. Although Alex is still actively updating, and hasn't missed an update yet. Just to add, someone actually did make a compatibility layer to convert SHV mods to RPH. https://github.com/fr-Pursuit/AsiSupport I'm not sure if it works or is maintained, though. But potentially a good starting point for somebody interested.

There is no SHV nightly. Maybe you are referring to SHVDN, which requires SHV to run.
