No. It's not the latest. The latest is v3351.0.

The latest, which you should be on automatically via Steam, Epic or Rockstar Launcher. Verify your game files on the appropriate platform if somehow you are not on the latest version.

I'm not sure what you need further assistance with. We've identified it's your mods folder. You'll either need to re-do it completely, or you'll need to figure out what you messed up. We don't know what you installed in there. If you need to restore files, you have the game files in OpenIV if you need to replace them with the originals. As to what you installed in there, there's no easy way of figuring that out based on how the mods folder works. You'll just need to do the effort of going through it or your downloads folder. It's a really good idea when using the mods folder to install mods one at a time, and do testing if you're not sure. That way you can undo things you've done and be able to identify which mods you've installed that's causing you trouble.

An issue has been identified with the latest build of GTA V. and LML A new build will fix this in the future. The issue is caused by a change in GTA V's DRM/anti-tamper. In the meantime, as a workaround starting the game with RPH will allow LML to work. You could also launch RPH when GTA V is at the mode selection screen, waiting for RPH to load, then selecting Story Mode.

Then that means the issue is with something you've installed in your mods folder, or you didn't install necessary dependencies. We don't know what you've touched in there recently, so it's either undoing that (trial and error) or recreating your mods folder.

RAGE isn't showing any build version apart from its own (1.115.x.x). That comes from the game.

Did you rename mods to _mods and try a playthrough? What was the result?

A lot of what's out there is complete speculation. There's a few clips of policing in the trailer but it's hard to see if it's just scripted or whether there's been advancements to the core AI around policing. I'm optimistic there's been improvements around this, and it'll be great to see what is and isn't possible. Ultimately, we aren't going to know until we get it in our hands. Then we aren't going to be able to experiment until the PC version is in our hands, which may be much later.

The answer is actually found in your error message: your AV and/or Windows Defender is blocking RPH from running (and probably deleting it too).

There were no changes that impacted mods since 25th September.
