You haven't included any information that could be useful in diagnosing the issue with your installation. Describe your issue, be verbose. Include the RAGEPluginHook.log file from your game folder.
  7. LSPDFR ships with all this working and set up by default. Did you modify agency.xml to undo this?

  15. You should probably do your server connection and logic in a thread, and queue game comms in a GameFiber. Any delay/freezing for I/O will freeze the game otherwise.
  16. First things first, before you go installing however many mods, can you get GTA V working with no mods?
  17. Probably VCPDFR. It's hard to say definitively until we get the game in our hands, though.

  20. A fixed 403 is generally not returned from the site except in very few circumstances (active TOR node on the IP is one them). Are you using a VPN? If you aren't, send me the IP address (IPv4) of the affected connection via PM. You can find this on a site like https://whatismyipaddress.com/

  22. LSPDFR and RPH have moved on since v2189, older versions aren't available nor retained by us. LSPDFR is no longer compatible with that older version of the game, so even if you do find an older RPH, you'd also need an older LSPDFR build or to use 0.3.
