That worked, but obviously, no mods work anymore

Not sure why but it just randomly crashes after about 7-10 minutes RagePluginHook.log

I load into GTA 5, click 'Launch Story Mode with RPH', and it loads for a few seconds before crashing. RagePluginHook.log

Yeah, of course, DV, it's probably the most useful plugin to be perfectly honest. Oh, maybe it's because it's my first time running LSPDFR on this PC, so I assume I have to select a character at a station before I go on duty. I guess I did it last time on my old PC and forgot I had to do it this time.

The RPH is downloaded directly from the latest LSPDFR download unless there is a newer one. I did type in ForceDuty, it did the little Tpose thing as usual, but nothing ever happened, I guess, that could be the issue. Do you know how to fix it?

Basically, none of my callouts are working; the same applies to Ultimate Backup, Grammar Police, StopThePed, and everything that goes into the Plugin > LSPDFR Folder. I've added my log and pictures of my GTA 5 folder below. Could someone please help? Thank You!RagePluginHook.log

No LSPDFR Plugins or Callouts are working (i.e, 686, Grammar Police, etc). Usually, when I load the LSPDFR plugin via the F4 Menu, I get a bunch of pop-ups and notifications about callouts being updated or are active now, but I'm not getting any of those pop-ups when I load my LSPDFR plugin. Also, if I remember correctly, usually when you load the LSPDFR plug-in, your character is supposed to switch to some sheriff guy, but my character stays as Franklin, not sure if that's relevant or not.

None of my replaced vehicles that I replaced in OpenIV, which have been working for over a year now, are showing up and now it's just standard vanilla vehicles for everything, I think everything in my DLClist that was added also stopped working such as EUP and Addon Vehicles and Map items. This issue has been going on since late August and I've tried everything I consistently kept all the essential scripts up to date (ragepluginhook, scripthookv, etc) yet none of the DLClist stuff wants to load from OpenIV, any help is appreciated.

None of the items off my DLC List are loading in, I've been using addon vehicles, map addons, etc for about a year and a half without probably but suddenly nothing off my DLC list wants to work, no addon vehicles, map addons, not even EUP, now everything is just vanilla cars. I don't think I messed anything up on my DLClist or DLCs in general since I've been doing it so long, but maybe I messed up somewhere along the road, can someone help me??

Yeah, I didn't realize what renaming the folder did at the time, either way, it didn't change anything. It loaded perfectly fine with and without the mods folder (IIRC). I never installed anything from when I stopped playing to when I restarted playing, which was only over about 2 weeks, besides a beanbag mod that turned shotguns non-lethal and all I did was change a shotgun meta file in OpenIV. The only reason I touched the dinput8 and d3d9 files was that story mode wasn't loading I looked up and found someone with a similar issue and saw their solution which I copied, which was copying the dinput8 and d3d9 files that were in my System file on my PC and putting them into the GTA5 Folder, it fixed my issue but nothing from OpenIV decided to load, but I had all my plugins that were in my GTA 5 main directory.

I forgot to mention, that I switched it back from "_mods" and story mode launched perfectly fine, but none of my vehicles from OpenIV were there nor was EUP. Also, I'm not sure if this has something to do with it but I did replace my dinput8 and d3d9 files, because I was following a tutorial on how to get story mode to launch without crashing and that's what it told me to do. If needed I can link the YouTube Video.

Since about a month ago, whenever I tried to load into story mode with mods my game would crash. I changed the mods folder to "_mods" from what I saw on the forum, and it worked and allowed me to load into story mode and load LSPDFR, Axon Bodycam, etc, but none of my cars that I installed from OpenIV are working, nor is my EUP Menu working since it says I don't have EUP installed. Help would be greatly appreciated. Also, yes, it has worked before I played LSPDFR with multiple mods, addon vehicles, and EUP installed without issue for about a year and a half, but all of a sudden one day in late august nothing worked, so it isn't my first time using OpenIV and installing vehicles and addons.

I've been playing LSPDFR for about a year and a half everything has run fine, I took a 2 weeks break back in August and everything has gone to shit, first GTA5 kept crashing while loading into story mode so I replaced the dinput8, and the d3d9 files in my GTA5 folder with ones straight from my system or something (I just found a fixed tutorial and youtube and it told me to do that, but it got my story mode to load without crashing) so once I got my GTA5 with rage pluginhook to load into finally nothing wanted to work, none of my DLCList plugins are working(my addon cars and stuff), my EUP menu says EUP isn't installed, and TrainerV doesn't want to work when I hit F3, so I think I fucked something up. Below is the tutorial I used to fix my problem originally.
