  1. You'll have to change the ELS configuration files as ELS V8 uses different settings than ELS V7. You can read all about this change and how to convert between the two in the user manual included in ELS V8.
  2. Illusionyary posted a gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  3. Pen tool, pen tool and more pen tool. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/drawing-pen-tools.html
  4. Check the size of the vehicle template. 2048x2048 should be the bare minimum.
  5. It doesn't matter what colour your skin is, if you charge a police officer after he's already had a violent altercation with you you're going to pay the price.
  6. I hated PE, so much to the point where I got into shouting matches with my PE teachers. A lot of my hate for the class came to be because my class-mates were complete asshats who would purposely make it their mission to hurt you. One time, I believe this was in year ten, after a rather loud swearing match with one of those kids I simply walked out of the class and did my own thing until lunch time, no-one dared stop me. I was so relieved come my final two years at high-school as I got to chose what sport I did if any at all.
  7. Yep, same goes for Australia too.

  10. Inside the Common/Data folder, open up the visualsettings.dat file, find the Other emissive lights section and lower the value of car.defaultlight.emissive.on. I have mine set to 120. Also, moved to GTA IV Discussion & Media. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  11. You need to attach or re-name the extra files. I created a tutorial about this some time ago, give it a read, it may help you. http://www.lcpdfr.com/tutorials/index.action/grand-theft-auto-iv/vehicle-modification-tutorial/attaching-extras-in-zmodeler-r96/
  12. I rarely play GTA: Online so I would like to see the next game feature separate clients for both online and offline mode. This would give modders the flexibility to modify the game without having to update their content every few weeks due to a new "security patch" and also allow Rockstar to really clamp down on online modifications. Or, instead, why not just give people private servers that allow mods, like SAMP does? The official Rockstar servers could be free of mods and everyone who wants to play with mods could just join a different server. It's undeniable that a large portion of the GTA community discovered/plays the game due to mods, so why not embrace that? Oh, right, the Shark Cards. Gotta milk the fan-base of every last penny!
  13. Open the trainer.ini file, hit Ctrl+F and type "livery" into the search bar and hit enter, now change "VehicleLivery=1" to "VehicleLivery=0" and save.
  14. It's called cracking here too, well, I call it that. I crack my knuckles, knees, toes, elbows, neck and back every day. Not really sure why I do it, but I do.
  15. That looks much better. Why on earth was the default size 1200x1200? It should be 2048x2048 minimum.
  16. There are several read-me files provided inside the download, I suggest you read them as they all contain installation instructions. For the most part though, it's a drag and drop. Also, moved to GTA IV Discussion and Media. The LSPDFR Support section is for support pertaining to the LSPDFR modification only. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. 17. They essentially control the "quality" of the image from distance. See this:
  18. That's quite interesting actually and not something I've heard of or experienced myself. The picture I provided was one of my 4K textures shown in 1920x1080 resolution with the game maxed out, and as you can see it looks very crisp up close. It seems odd to me that running the game in a lower resolution causes the high resolution textures to look worse than low resolution textures, however I suppose they do have to be down-scaled...
  19. This really depends on the resolution and mip-map levels as I mentioned above. For example, a 4096x4096 texture will look much better up-close than a standard 2048x2048 texture.
