Vehicle help
Are you sure you installed it correctly? Keep in mind that there are multiple directories for certain vehicles. Your best bet is to type in "police3.yft" into the OpenIV search bar (Ctrl+F3) and find the correct installation directory from there. Also, moved to GTA V support. The LSPDFR support section is for support regarding the LSPDFR modification and plugins only. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

would this be a good computer?
I always think it's better to build your own PC rather than buying a prebuilt one but that build should be alright for most games. The graphics card is lacking in terms of graphically intense games (such as V) as it's only got 1GB of VRAM but it will run GTA V on lowish settings without much issue.

Oh gee, look: Another shooting. What a shock. (NAU Shooting)
The argument that banning guns in America wouldn't work is absolutely absurd. Firearm restrictions have worked in every other country that has adopted them which is clearly shown by the number of reported firearm homicides per year. To give you an example, in 2014, Japan (pop. 127.3 million) had 6 firearm related homicides and firearms are completely banned there. The United States of America (pop. 318.9 million) had 11,208 firearm related homicides reported in 2013. Japan has nearly half the population of the United States and its homicide rate is not even close to the USA's. What about other countries with strict firearm regulations like, Australia? New Zealand? United Kingdom? France? Germany? Canada? and South Korea? Australia had 40 (2012), New Zealand had 8 (2013), The United Kingdom had 38 (2011), France had 140 (2012), Germany had 61 (2012), Canada had 131 (2013) and South Korea had 9 (2011). Keep in mind this is only including the latest firearm homicide statistics that are available from GunPolicy.org which uses research gathered from the University of Sydney. It does not included unintentional firearm deaths or suicide. Now before you scream "My rights! My rights!" I'm not suggesting that the USA should ban firearms completely but place stronger restrictions on the ownership of firearms. A background check isn't nearly enough and being able to walk into a gun show and just walk out with a brand new assault rifle with no background check at all (which is legal in 33 states) is just crazy.

We're offering you advice on how to improve, not complaining. Serek even started his comment with "Nice!" before adding advice on how to make it more accurate.

If you're going for realism, then no, that isn't what it looks like. This is what it looks like. It's much bolder and larger just as both Serek and Alex mentioned.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, sarcasm is extremely hard to notice through text. I honestly thought you were insulting unr3al, not Obama. Please choose your words carefully next time.

Star Wars: Battlefront - Open Beta - What do you think?
It's far TOO hard. From my experience the Rebels only win once every ten or so games. That isn't fair nor fun. I think a good way to balance it is to take away the Empire's aircraft and leave them with only one Tie Fighter or something. That way the Rebels can have air superiority and actually do damage to the AT-ATs.

Star Wars: Battlefront - Open Beta - What do you think?
It runs until the 12th of October and is about 10GBs.

Star Wars: Battlefront - Open Beta - What do you think?
I really, really, really like it. The spawns are a bit broken in areas (more than often I'd either spawn in-front of enemies or have an entire squad of enemies spawn in-front of me) and Walker Assault on Hoth is a bit unbalanced but it's not impossible for the Rebels to win if they're any good. The pickups are really cool (how I love getting an AT-ST or being Darth Vader) and the gun-play is fun. My favourite thing is the jetpacks, oh my god the jetpacks are fun.

Smart Thinking, Officer
You won't be making fun of him when he's the only one who can reach the suspect standing on a lifted pallet.

[WIP] Los Santos Sheriff's Department Pack (High-Res)
Wow, I really like the colour scheme and stripes. Not very keen on the giant badge though, so I'm looking forward to see what your new version looks like.

Oregon College Shooting
This this and this. Personally I feel that mental health problems and ease of access to firearms are the problem. Someone who's thinking straight doesn't just wake up one morning and go "huh, I think I'll go slaughter some kids at my local school today". More needs to be done to notice, report and treat mental health issues before they turn violent. Perhaps America could benefit from the Sibyl System...
