  1. Urgh the comment on that Mirror article... This is the worst mass killing in Japan since World War II. Yes, WORLD WAR II. Events like this are pretty much unheard of in modern day Japan, and it's disgusting that the attacker targeted disabled people most likely in wheelchairs. Supposedly he wanted disabled people to "disappear".
  2. I recently reinstalled EFLC and I couldn't get the bloody thing to run no matter what I did, so I ended up deleting it again and cussing out Rockstar.

  6. Unless the model uses coronas, no. Most modders hide coronas below the vehicle because they shine through parts of the vehicle (which does look stupid I admit) but this also means that the environment effect is non-existent. Your two choices are to either hold out for ELS V, or find a vehicle model that utilizes coronas.
  7. If I recall correctly, posts within the support forums don't count to total post count.
  8. Map Editor allows you to set maps to automatically load. "You can automatically load maps by creating a directory in the scripts folder named "AutoloadMaps". Any file ending with the .xml or .ini extension will be loaded on gamestart." If memory serves me correct you just create a new folder called "AutoloadMaps" within the scripts folder and then place the map files within it.
  9. File size is too big.
  10. @xMoD That model is a paddy wagon (cage on the back) this is just a utility version. The model looks alright, but default lightbar kinda sucks.
  11. It's definitely not an Arjent. The only lightbar I know of with a black top like that is the nFORCE, but the shape is slightly different, it doesn't curve as much as the nFORCE does. https://www.soundoffsignal.com/product/nforce-led-lightbar/

  16. Checking out an abandoned vehicle.
  17. I'm not sure about specifically laws in California, but no registration, insurance, or driving while using a cell phone are generally ticketed offenses. Here in Australia if you've got no license or are hooning (doing burnouts) you'd likely be fined and also have your car towed, but you most likely wouldn't be arrested. Generally speaking if the person is wanted, has something illegal on them or in their vehicle, is drunk/high or disobey's an officers orders they'll be detained and/or arrested.
