Technically every lightbar can be non-ELS if you set it up right, but if you're looking for one that's already setup, there's not many. At-least not on LCPDFR. Swap out the star for a shield and I think it'll look better. Nice design. -
I'm not actually sure. Lundy hasn't mentioned it in a good few months. Once the 96/97 Ford Crown Victoria is out, I'll ask him about releasing this one too. Lundy's got a proper Twinsonic bar to put on it now, rather than this crappy mockup. -
Many civilians are dead already. I'm not sure on the numbers, but I saw a rather graphic video on Facebook of a road littered with dead bodies and blood.

According to a friend of mine who lives in Turkey, the military is confining people to their homes and is forbidding them from going out. Reuters confirms, curfews and martial law have been declared.

You know you can just use solid blocks rather than hand-painting around the template, right? I know it makes practically no difference in-game if you cover it right, but it makes the PNG file look more attractive. :P- 2 comments
