Only an hour or so ago, a Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 has been confirmed to of crashed in eastern Ukraine killing all 295 passengers and crew on-board. This comes only months after MH370, another 777 operated by the same airline, went missing shortly after take-off. The colour scheme is nice but I don't like the cityscape nor the lower case text, I'm sure others will appreciate it though. Nice work anyway.

The LAPD during that time period did not have rear facing window lights.

If you're aiming for accuracy I would, as according to the picture you linked only one station in California during that period used spotlights on it's cars.

Looks amazing, however the red lights should be on the drivers side and neither vehicle should have a spotlight.

Deselect everything, hide the truck so only the lightbar is visible and then do what I said in my original post. Also, make sure selected mode is off before you enter polygonal mode.

Because it's a glitch?

I don't know much about ENBs so I could be wrong but I believe you need to adjust the bloom settings within the ENB files themselves. Don't ask me how you'd do that though, as I don't have a clue.
