The varied response people get is odd. Must have something to do with what car mods you have causing the game to freak. We all know how it likes to spawn taxis after all. But is still odd that Noose Peds turn up in FIB cars. Which they do most of the time for me. I was thinking of changing Noose cruiser / FIB Buffalo /Noose Stockade and Patriot models to a Moped. Might remove all weapons as well apart from baseballbats as a pack of phycho Noose on mopeds with baseballbats I rekon would wipe out crime in no time. Fake Edit: Just tried reverting the stock vanila noose cruiser which must be lower poly than any of my other cars. FIB model still shows up which incidently is a charger. *scratches head.

Wow wasn't expecting so many variations. I get the FBI car 90% of the time, and very rarely the noose crusier. The Patriot never shows :(

Most of the time when I call for Noose back up they respond in the FIB vehicle. Is that the same for everyone else ? And why does this happen, they have their own dedicated response car and the ped models that show up in the FIB car are indeed Noose. Is there some story or game mechanic reason for this or just some other obvious reason I am missing. Doubt very much I am the only person who's Noose officers steal FIB cars.

Splendid. It's those vids that got me into EM4 to begin with. Also LCPDFR as well as I had never heard of it until I saw one of the "preview" vids. Hope you never do a hello kitty vid as that will prob' hook me too. I used your winterberg "how to" vid because I was having trouble installing it. I got it installed after watching and updated it, now most of it is in English but some of the icons are still confusing. For instance I worked out how to treat a casualty but couldn't seem to get them into the ambulance :) Playing LA mod at the moment and really enjoying endless mode but eventually winterberg looks like it has some real long term play value. (once I have worked out all the controls)

Not sure if that was the same report I read but I did see a recomendation some time ago that for night time at least the colour Yellow was recomended for emergency vehicles as the the orange tint on a lot of street lights found on our roads can make it hard to tell apart colours under such nightime lighting. Even white was less visible at night under these conditions. Dear God I do hope I don't ever see Yellow police cars in my area :P

Prob' been said before, but I'm not trawling through 15 pages to find out. :p The ability to order the AI to stand down. Pretty much most of the time having a couple of AI in your favourite cars along side you in a pursuit is what makes this game. But there are occassions you just want to say "ok enongh allready". Just finished a pursuit where I got out of my car after a long and fun pursuit to make an arrest. The whole pursuit had gone well and the AI did a fine job, right up to the point where the suspect was raising their hands and an AI comes in at 60 mph+ knocking me into the air and landing in the harbour. Would have been great to order the AI to stand down just before exiting my car :)

Just came back to this thread after experimenting. Hadn't seen your post cp702 but I downloaded Gimp and indeed it worked a treat :) @ Cj24 you were right about the x2 red. It came out all blue. But that is fine. I have learnt something and just need to experiment a bit more with my lights. Also: now taken part in the poll = All Blue :) +1

Don't mean to derail the thread but I have a question. How do you change the colour of the lights ? Surely it's not as simple as changing the ELS .ini (pretty sure I tried that ages ago) Was thinking you prob' have to change the lense colours, is that right ? And if so is that done with photo shop or something ? I don't have Photoshop or anything like that so hopeing it's something simple, but I suspect as I said the lenses need to change. Would appreciate someone setting me straight. Sorry for the nub questions but it would be nice to be able to use all blue with x2 red on certain cars I have :)

just to clarify. Aim and ONLY press T. Just like the taser, don't fire with left mouse button as well. the sound effects are the same so may not always be noticed.

I am making a shortish roleplay movie. Obviously I have to keep the storyboard to what is achievable in game. There is one problem though, crucial to the plot I need the main character to answer the phone at a phone booth / public pay phone. Now there is the animation in game as one of the main missions has Niko using a phone. I can't seem to find anything on SNT unless I have missed it. Does anyone know how I can "easily" reproduce this action. With a ped of my choice idealy ? If not I will have to change the storyboard but would prefer not to as it is a large part of the plot. Any advice appreciated.

aparna answered your question but regarding radio chatter, seems to me that sometimes it says somethings that relate to what you are responding to and doing. For example: "we have the suspect in custody" when you make an arrest sometimes. Also accepting some calls triggers a certain radio speech. But yeah as you allready gathered in your last sentance the radio speech is sometimes linked to your play but you can't respond to it or interact with it in any meaningfull way. Just a restriction of the game mexhanics I guess.

I liked that model so much I was more than happy to live with the German traffic advisory secondary lights:) But this updated model just made my weekend. Guess what I will be patroling in this week. Thank you +1 btw, just as a bit of feedback, that origional German lightbar was awesome. Just a pity I can't understand it :)

Forgot about this :p I uploaded a vid I recorded at 50 fps then using Windows movie maker as well. After your upload it takes another few hours before the HD1080p is ready. Was a nice surprise when I realised it had converted to 1080 :)

If you do find a better quality version, or someone who puts one together. let me know too please, I really liked the origional.
