OK first of, both traffic flow files go in "Scripts" folder which can be found in the main EFLC folder. ELC v6 ? Maybe you mean ELS. in which case those files do indeed go into the main folder. ALT+M to open menu J for primary lights K for secondary lights. Must have and be in an ELS enabled car for those to work.

Indeed, if anyone knows how to do it with photoshop the tool names are most likely similar and will still help. EDIT : I decided to take my own advice and use google I will now go into a dark corner and Knee myself in the groin

ELS lights, first you need a car that is ELS enabled. (warning if pc is not up to it can cause stability issues) FBI is a good one to try fist as it isn't spawned much in game but you can drive it as main car. Once you have your ELS enabled car you need to instal ELS, to be able to use the lights. ELS only works on cars that have ELS lights. Street names under the HUD. I may be wrong but I think that might be an ELS feature as well. I guess you could have ELS installed and turn off all the ELS lighting just to be able to use that feature but not tested that so don't know.

No, not accepting applications, after help with the program "gimp". I downloaded Gimp recently and I have started to mess about with liverys etc. (wish I started sooner as it's great fun and quite easy to make livery changes) Great program and FREE ! One problem I can't work out though... I want to be able to curve my Text around an object. I have worked out just about everything else accept this one thing. For example: >TEXT EXAMPLE< Using real life physics Imagine that i tied a heavy weight to the second letter "X" in that sample, and the sample was supported at either end above the ground. The weight would pull the letter X down and the whole sample would begin to curve because either end was supported. That would be the type of curve I am trying to achieve. I din't think Gimp is that much different from Photoshop. If anyone knows what tool can do this I don't need a step by step guide. I Just need pointing to the correct tool to use and I will work the rest out. I would be very surprised if Gimp was not able to do this. It's just I havent stumbled upon the right part of gimp yet to achieve this. Many thx, Molten

Think he means on battery power it runs of intel graphics that prob' wont run most games,but when plugged into a power source it has enough power to run the ATI gfx card it has installed which does run gta well at 30fps. At least thats what I got from it :) Ive not taken part in the poll cause I don't know enough about laptops, I am a desktop freak. But have been impressed with some Asus laptops friends have.

Nice one. Watched the new LA commentary yesterday. Winterberg is one that I need to gather all the info I can as I think together with LA Mod they will b the 2 main mods I end up playing on EM4. Look forward to watching this in a few hours with a cuppa tea and a bacon sarny when I got time :)

A lot of the live wall say anonymous' because I am guessing it's people playing who haven't registered. If you watch live wall long enogh you will see people from this forum playing at times. As pointed out its saved in real time. I even tested that with two screens and had live wall open when playing lol. So indeed when you play your name shows in place of anom. Worth noteing allthough live, the stats for individual players and leaderboards are updated hourly to cut down on server load.

About the keys conflicting.. It's a mod that sits in scripts folder (x2 files) so it's easy to pop it in when you want to use it and remove when you don't. And as it's not designed for gameplay but for screenshots and vids your not gonna miss not having it installed all the time. There is an effect on it that changes the FOV and depth of field which can give some really interesting effects looking up on, or down onto tall buildings.

I can see that having too much equipment on the belt as standard could hinder things. Not just the extra stuff to carry but also as pointed out the extra thought process of which piece of equipment do I use. I do though think a taser allthough not carried should be available. Maybe just carried in cars. As said in confined spaces they can be pretty handy where you run the risk of hurting people not intended if you use a firearm. And yeah, UK officers could bennefit, as the basic cop is unarmed. At the moment it's only officers who have had special training use them and they are normally the same officers who have firearms training. But as Kjel0112 said, theres nothing you can do to stop this kind of crime. I do know though that in UK anyone who has served more than a certain time in Jail has a lifetime ban from holding a firearms license. That wouldn't have stoped this guy obviously as I think most of what he had was ilegal. Certainly the grenades and prob the automatic weapons as he had a conviction for firearms.

Last report I heard the baby in a critical condition has in fact died. And after a search of the gunmans property a cleaning lady was found shot dead. She seems to be the first of his victims. After killing her he obviously felt he had nothing to loose. To then take the decission to go out with all his weapons on a killing spree suggests to me the motive was simply to be remembered. Fame if you like. He saw himself as a failiure who achieved nothing in life and the only way he would be remembered by anyone would be to get on the news. I think a lot of these types of thing have as the motive just Ego and nothing more. In his mind he was too important to simply blow his brains out and be forgoten. Looser !

Nice to know it's not just me. Thing is, My game is so heavilly modded. Apart from the normal car /ped /sound / handling / weapon stuff I have texture mods and various other things so wanted to try and narrow down at least what area of the game spawns that item. For example if someone said they were suddenly missing the image of all trees in game I would suggest re'installing Vegitation folder. Easy example but you see what I mean. Just trying to narrow down where it could be or what is responsible for spawning it at a certain location. I think the latter is more probbable reason as the image still seems to be there as I can spawn it with SNT but whatever file the game uses to tell it to spawn that onject at that location is the one that is prob' in need of re'installing. Thx for the reply, at least I now know I'm not going insane :)

Post the link of what you downloaded and want to instal. I will download it and then we can see what you have, and what you need to install. Rather than installing a whole package we will take small steps and install a car model or something. Once you know how to do that the rest should fall into place.
