  2. The case of the missing barriers. Status open. In the screenshot you will see the arm of the barriers which should be connected to the two yellow and white boxes are no longer there ! They have not been broken off. I noticed it today, not only in that location but anywhere on the map (which includes a couple of other police stations) they are gone also. I managed to find them in SNT and spawned them. I don't know how SNT works but I am guessing that if I had accidently deleted the file / image I wouldn't be able to spawn them with SNT. Also the only stuff I have modded in the past few days is the usual stuff, vehicle.img - componentped stuff handling.dat etc. I am at a total loss as to why my game has suddenly stoped spawning the arms on the barriers. Other types of fixed barrier are not affected just this one opening type. Any Ideas ? it's hardly game breaking but it's annoying as hell. And besides the security guard needs to barrier to open at the police car park to justify his job. Even if anyone knows where this image is stored that might be a start. http://imageshack.us...1501353991.png

  4. 1: If the guns are on the ground etc then it's all kicked off before you got there. Happens to me if I take too long to get to the location.. (don't respond to charge Island shootout if your in Hove beach for example) 2: Known issue, normally happens when character is close to a building but not always. (Can use SNT to spawn a new cop charater) 3: Sometimes get this when I can't arrest with batton after a frisk but a gun arrest normally works fine. (there are also issues with game controllers) (I use mouse) 4: Known issue, as mentioned in previous post F11 forces a callout, and sometimes kickstarts the callouts again. 5: Not had this happen to me. ELS 6 works fine for me after it was updated as mentioned in previous post. ASI loader that comes with LCPDFR works fine. Must be another issue.

  7. It's taken me a while to get used to calling Noose again as that used to be a complete no no for me. Instant crash. Now some of those shoots outs are so heavy I am calling Noose before I get there :)
  8. Maybe I am thinking something different but when I am in the car computer typeing a suspects name in I often hear crashes etc. And when I exit the comp' the traffic has moved. In other words it doesn't freeze for me.
  9. No they removed world event pursuits from RC1. The version you are using now. There used to be random world event pursuits in .91 and I think they were still in 95 beta as well that you were able to join by getting close and pressing "E" to join the pursuit. It's those that are being discussed along with other world events. The pursuits from callots was not effected far as I know. Better to remove something to be looked at later than spending all resources on it. Also I hope the force callouts is left in too :) Call it an "ask dispach for work" anything. But hope it's left in. I can see though the last thing they will want to do IMO is leave that feature in as it looks like a work around for a problem.
  10. You tried using traffic load instead ? That's what I use as I don't like being restricted to 20 models and it doesn't have the bugs / glitches of traffic control. Other than that Iv'e not heard of a way to alter the responders of traffic flow.
  11. If thats the one with a list of 20 vehicles then remove any emergency services. If they do spawn normally they won,t be code 3.
  12. Politics aside, sorry for the families and victims. If people wanna kill themselves please do it at home. There is never a reason to take inocent people with you.

  17. Maybe that can be a new callout for future version. You are called to a house where you have to rescue LCPDFR devs who are being tempted to play multiplayer. You shoot NicoliB in the face and transport the devs through roadblocks of forum members who want to PM them about the colour of the desks in the police station to a basement where they can work on the Mod. Downside of that is with no face we get no more preview commentary vids :(
  18. Depends what I am driving. I'm not a hardcore roleplay by any means but I do tend to pick what car I drive for what I am doing. If I am gonna patrol the main Highways and do traffic enforcement. (speeding tickets cars unsuitable for the road dangrous driving etc etc) Then I pick something like the VW tourag at the moment. Any pursuit I just follow and keep eyes on and leave ramming and stuff to local pursuit cars with rambars. But other times for more general work I like a car with a rambar so I can get medievil on their butts. I like the regular "Go Rhino" rambar mostly. Of course there also is the debate of the safety side of things. cars these days are made so that the bonnet / hood lifts the pedestrian when at a collision of 30mph. The kinetic energy is then absorbed as much as possible by the curve of the bonnet / hood. A rambar hitting a ped nearly always smashes their legs into a thousand pieces. Of course that might be outweighed by the lives saved by using the rambar to end the purssuit but I know in the UK I am unlikely to see rambars on regular cop cars because of the hazzard to peds.
  19. Audi Q7 LCPDFR Enforcer Excellent, I used to drive one of those quite often at work. (a civillian version) Gonna have to install and give this a try :)
  20. Ahh, well that explains a lot then :) Thx for the info. And of course priorities have to be made when so few devs work on such a complicated Mod. At least we know why now.

  23. I get the callout pursuit. The one where you can accept or decline and depach says they are heading north in a green whatever car it is etc etc. But like Harper Iv'e not had a world event pursuit since RC and maybe even since 95 beta. Deffo had them in .91. I just get the foot world events and there is alway a cop arresting them as soon as they show.
