HELLO LCPDFR COMMUNITY!!!

My name's Yung, I've on this website for awhile now and have been enjoying how Lcpdfr has evolved and I decided to contribute to the community. I'm not an expert at making skins but the ones I have made I will gladly share it with you guys. I'm taking Requests for any skins BUT mainly MINNESOTA Skins.
