  1. Check "AdvancedMode" after opening the tool, then navigate to your LCPDFR.ini
  2. This isn't an issue, it's just the way the AI is. Sometimes you have to switch siren tones to get them to respond to the siren, and sometimes they won't respond at all. If you are crashing your car then you just need to drive better.
  3. The crashing you are experiencing can be from about 5000 different problems. It could be because of car mods, because of ELS, because of some other mod, or just because GTA didn't like that you installed any mod. Removing any and all mods besides LCPDFR is the best way to prevent this type of crashing. Or you could experiment with different mod setups, try installing one mod and see how long you can play before you install another. Eventually you might find the culprit that is causing the crashes. I have my own experience with this, and the cause was TrafficLoad.asi. Even though a lot of other people can play just fine with TrafficLoad, my game crashed with it. This just shows that everyone's situation is different and you will have to find your own solution.
  4. Make sure you have all of these installed, x86 if it gives you the option: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

  6. Playing the missions with any mods installed is definitely not recommended. I'm surprised you got that far before running into problems. The only fix I can think of would be to remove mods until it works, which might mean a completely fresh install.
  7. The picture you attached is from >this.

  9. EFLC comes on a standalone disc as well, that's what I have. But I'm not sure if that's what he is saying he has...If you have a disc that is only EFLC, then that will install as a separate game from GTA IV (in the directory /Rockstar Games/EFLC).
  10. Make sure you have the version of ScriptHookDotNet.asi that comes with LCPDFR installed in the main GTA IV directory (NOT ScriptHookDotNet.dll - delete this if it exists).
  11. Check again and make sure SlimDX.dll exists in the main GTA IV folder, and make sure to install its dependencies (x86 if given the option): http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
  12. BxBugs made the CVPI you posted, with New Liberty as the state.
  13. The extras are mainly handled at the end of the vehicles.ide line for that vehicle as far as I know. Make sure the Futo has "ext_gang+ext_all+ext_strong" since these are the default flags.

  19. This looks like the default control scheme. Are you sure you saved the file after changing the keys?
  20. A rule violation - General Etiquette, but if you want to report something that you believe is against the rules, but you're not sure which one, just pick the one that makes the most sense. It just makes it easier for us to know what you are reporting when you choose what violation it is breaking. Sometimes people report something, but don't put any reason why they are reporting it, so it's hard to tell what the problem is. The report will still be looked into and any required action will still be taken.
  21. LCPDFR requires the latest patch to run. It will not work on any older versions of the game.
  22. When I had this problem, it was right after installing Watch_Dogs...when you say you verified the other games, was that through Steam or Uplay? Verifying through Uplay is what worked for me.
  23. If this is supposed to be "Liberty City Police," I think you made a few typos...
  24. Can you post the contents of your .ini file(s), either as text or an image.
  25. I don't know why it happens, but it does the same for me. As far as I know there is no way to fix it.
