  2. I'm pretty sure the strobe lights already stay on when you exit a vehicle, but this mod lets you leave the engine running: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/realistic-vehicle-controls
  3. The log check error is redundant. It just means there is an error in one of the logs, which there will be if you don't have the correct dependencies installed.
  4. You can try uninstalling them from the "Uninstall a program" menu in the control panel, then installing them again.
  5. Moving to GTA V Discussion since I believe you are asking if a gang mod for GTA V is possible. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  6. Install this, choose x86: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
  7. Pause the game first and alt-tabbing should work fine. Also, LCPDFR (well, advancedhook) has a built-in feature that lets you switch the game to windowed mode. Just press alt-enter while in game and you should be able to alt-tab without any problems.
  8. Yes, there's a problem showing in the diagnostic tool because that script was causing crashes. The error says that the log file shows a problem. The log file will always show a problem because it isn't overwritten when you start the game. Does LCPDFR work in game?
  9. Install this, choose x86: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
  10. There's a problem with another script you have - Fuel Script - LCPDFR should work in game.
  11. Your thread has been moved to GTA IV Discussion & Media. The Suggestions & Requests forum is only for requesting or suggesting mods that have not yet been created, and is not the place to look for existing mods.
  12. Moving to the LCPDFR API Development support section. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  13. Or you could just use that script along with LSPDFR...
  14. It's the little things that count...like in San Andreas there were trucking side missions and the train thing if you stole a train. It would have been nice if Rockstar brought those back.
  15. Install these: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 (choose x86) http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
  16. Remove the mods and install them one-by-one to make sure each works properly.
  17. Looks like they removed the Missouri part on the female one, but I can't find the file for the male: Edit: Found him:

  19. "Anymore" I don't think Sam has ever slept.
  20. No one's posting about them? Last time I checked, a majority of the debates here have been about the police "murdering" people. The problem isn't that nothing is being done about the acts of the police, it's that nothing is being done about the acts against the police. Will there be riots across the nation, or even in NYC because this man (yes, believe it or not, cops are people too) was shot for no reason? No. Will there be people demanding action be taken against the criminals that keep killing police officers? No. Show some respect.
  21. Sam mentioned that already. It's set up to specifically work only in those circumstances: It's basically a cutscene out in the open, instead of a series of animations.
  22. You probably have a folder called "LCPD First Response." Open it and move all of the files and folders into your main GTA IV directory, where GTAIV.exe is located.
  23. Is your view distance setting (or whatever they may be called in this game) low?
  24. Go to your LCPDFR folder then run "LCPDFR Diagnostic Tool.exe" and click "Check your installation." A log will be created in the LCPDFR folder, post that.
