Any1 able to get / capture the lifeguard / coast guard helicopter  yet  that flies up and down Vespucci and del perro beaches

I've seen in flying around but have yet to see it land or spawn anywhere.

Okay so, first off, its best to be Franklin for this as you can buy the Helipad next to the fair. Buy the helipad then purchase the Buzzard from Warstock Cache & Carry (The website) if you have completed the game, you'll have more than enough money to cover this.

 

Okay now after the set-up (A HELIPAD IS REQUIRED FOR THIS) get in the buzzard and locate the CGF (Coast Guard Frogger) which is seen flying by the fair, opposite the beach or just north of it by a row of houses opposite the small mountain just above the beach.

 

Now, what you want to do is shoot at the Frogger with the Buzzard until it mildly smokes (as a result of you shooting at it, it will flee, this is what you want) as it flees, it will try and fly away from your direction now here's the trick, if you fly to the left of the Frogger, it will bank right and vice versa, use this method to control the direction is flies. Now what you need to do is direct it towards the Helipad and since it is smoking you may notice the engine shorting out (rotors rotation is slowing down and speeding up) when the Frogger is small distance from the helipad, shoot at it with the buzzard (DO NOT SHOOT OUT THE PILOT) and shoot it enough so it smokes heavier.

 

As you do this, you'll see the chopper start to lower itself and the rotors will spin at a low rate, (the wind force gives the rotors enough force to stay in control and come to a safe landing) as the Engine is badly damaged, the chopper will come to a landing and the pilots will escape. 

 

This is the hard bit, since the engine dies (as explained above) you can't enter the chopper as the game says the vehicle is unusable since the engine is dead. Now the trick is to get a big vehicle with torque (a SUV, but preferably a firetruck which you can easily obtain without leaving the area by dialling 911 which can help if it catches fire to put it out) and push it to your helipad, now don't ram it too hard or else it can blow up, and I mean a big ram. If you got the speed right, your vehicle will gain speed while pushing it, the best place to try and land it is the bypass opposite the helipad, once you get it there, move the helicopter that spawns on your helipad and push the Frogger into it. once its on there, run away from the helipad and come back and it should be repaired and ready to use.
