Oh they absolutely will make up a story. Ever heard of the Onion? They make up stories all the time, such as the NYPD "Stop and Kiss" Obviously it's a parody but the internet ALWAYS makes up stories in an attempt to fool people. Like really,a site reported once that  "Obama set to resign on January 1st". CNN or MSNBC or HLN hasn't reported anything on that, so thats an example that site could be a fake.

If this story is true, none of the other sources I looked at had this quote: "I thought toy might make my baby get off a little, you know, and stop its crying. The toy make me get off good. Was just trying to be a good momma and make my baby feel good. I don’t think it’s wrong. Is it?”

 

Obviously this website was making a joke out of a real news story. Yea thats true I didn't actually mean the same story i meant that the whole mother putting a dildo in her sons but part was true.
