Only thing about Win 10 is that I can't get my OS key to activate. Apart from that it seems like a slightly less awful Win 8.1.

[WIP] Bus Simulator V
I have an idea... how about using the base of the route system to allow the player to ride buses like taxis? it would basically be an AI driver following the route for you while you're a passenger. That would be cool.

Aren't paramedics a little pointless in V? seeing as people die when shot in the foot or leg, unlike IV where they'd just lie injured (and able to be treated).

[WIP] Police Beats - Everyday Policework
Maybe a solution would be to have one of those mission markers outside the door of the house, San Andreas style, which teleports you to the interior IPL to proceed with the callout. We'd all like it to be seamless, but until world editing is fully researched and working that seems to be the way forward.

I stand corrected- I was running an older version of keepcalm, just updated and it's fine now. Fantastic work on the callouts- it's nice to be able to end a callout without anyone getting shot or blown up ;)

I have a weird bug with the peds spawned by the callout- i can't arrest them. They just stand still when you press E, and you have to kill them to end the callout. Anyone else get this?

Girl commits apparent suicide in jail
They were both in the wrong here- the officer didn't really need to go on about the cigarette, and the woman should have just shut up and gone through the stop without shooting her mouth off, which just escalated the scenario. If the cop had just ignored the cigarette, then he could have just gave her a ticket or warning or whatever and send her on her merry way, no bother. But the woman's attitude really made the whole thing worse- if there's one thing you never do in a traffic stop, it's mouth off and try to attack the officer, as seen in the dashcam footage: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-33613783 So this whole sorry affair could have been avoided if everyone stayed cool and calm through the stop.

LSPD First Response 0.2 Beta
Very occasionally, I do get a crash when calling for backup. Didn't happen on the first release, but it seems 0.2 for me is a little more crash-prone. Anyone else getting this kind of issue?

Which files of GTA5 should I have backed up before the Update?
As part of a downgrade, do you need the old versions of Update.rpf etc. for a downgraded version to work, or will they just use the new updated versions?

I have an idea to add more realism to the 'person shot' callout from the video. Maybe one of the options could be to call in the Coroner and Homicide detectives to look around the area? that would be really amazing.

The real AI problem so far is that your average ped, when faced with either a gunfight or a crazy pursuit, will either run people down and cause chaos while trying to escape, or themselves pull out a gun and join in the shooting, making a single suspect with a gun turn into a Payday-style shootout (especially in the gang areas). Are there any plans to modify ped behavior so this won't happen in future versions?

As we've seen from the screenshot, how about, when interacting with a ped, you can flash your badge? that would add a nice touch to the process. Also, being able to call in a spike strip unit would be an amazing way to end pursuits (maybe making it a harder chance to spawn, so that it's not overused?)

Anyone else have an issue where you can arrest random civilians, but you can't arrest actual suspects? there's literally no prompts or whatever when they're running away, but it works perfectly on random civs. Any suggestions?

There's a problem there - half the time, when the suspect gets out half the AI cops try to arrest him, and half of them try to blow his brains out. The shooty cops usually win that contest, so I hope this bug gets fixed.

Ever thought of the irony that a game about crime and stealing is a lot more fun when you're playing as a cop doing good stuff? It gets me every time.

Thing is, i think it depends on what kind of ground they're supposed to kneel on- if it's uneven or whatever, they keep repeating the kneel anim. I can't wait until we can do the standing up arrest anims (there are at least ten versions of these in the anim files) to avoid this issue.

Fantastic features so far, but there's one thing that's a bit of a downer- its that the arresting system kind of works for the first two or so arrests, but after that the animations bug out and it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone else have this?
