Where exactly is the audio file for LCPDFR supposed to be located? Mine is located here: C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty CityEFLClcpdfrAudio Is this correct? That is because US is the third largest population in the world, roughly 5x the population of the largest European country. I bet that the per-capita ratio of major crimes is lower than most European countires...not sure, just a hunch...too lazy to look it up right now. I can tell you that over the last 20-25 years, major crime rates are down by almost 50% here in the US. Also, the laimstream media are providing cover for this reprobate president, so they report on anything else possible to keep the idoit masses distracted....shootings get large ratings too, so much more exposure is given to those incidences than things that actually matter and effect your life. Yes, walk with them to the car and don't look away until the perp AND the cops get in the car and turn off the siren. They will then drive off normally. EDIT: Actually, you don't have to escort them, just watch them until they get in the car and shut off the siren/lights. DrDetroit

Try using EFLC then. Runs smoother, better frames, less crashing...and you get more police cars and a police bike. Runs fine for me, and issues have been with other mods, like ELSv8 crashes my game. Reverted back to ELSv7R2 and I'm good to go again. Once ELSv8.1 comes out, I'll try that and see if it works. Also, keep modded cars to police3, police4, noose,FBI and nstockade slots (will have to change handling lines and whatnot)...don't mess with police or police2, they spawn too often and can cause issue with modded high-poly cars. Banning firearms is the most knee-jerk, pointless reaction one can have. One that requires no thought what-so-ever...almost a glib response. Time and time again, history shows us over and over, that banning guns does nothing but empower the criminals and crime rates spiral out of control. Every time, in almost every location it has been tried, crime rates spike. Look it up if you think this assertion is wrong. Common sense will tell you that if guns are banned, the only people whom abide by these laws "law abiding people"....criminals don't. For the most part criminals are opportunists, and take advantage of situations. The areas with the most pervasive gun laws also have the highest crime rates...go figure huh? These kind of responses of ban this and ban that come from those who have no idea about human nature nor cause and effect. Just like those that support socialism; they just don't realize it goes against the very essence of basic human nature, therefore will NEVER work...as it has never worked in the history of man-kind. If you understand human nature, you'll understand why these things are pointless and only hurt those that it's suppose to help. DrDetroit

Try disabling the ambient scenario events in the ini file, that may help with the crashing. In my case PH has never caused crashing issues. DrDetroit

Use Police Helper to request an ambulance. They always show up, will not run everything or anyone over, and will treat and remove the injured/dead ped every single time. They then leave without breaking anything or killing anybody. PH is the only ambulance service I ever use, as the others always drive crazy and end up killing more peds than they save. Good luck! EDIT: Also, PH has the ability to call the coroner, which I also use when the victim is deceased. If the guy is moving I use PH to call the ambulance. They both work flawlessly. DrDetroit

Actually violent crimes have decrease in the last 20-25 years (check the FBI stats if you wish, it's all there). Everything is in the news today, and the more blood and guts, the more sensational, the more coverage. It's just the coverage has increase 100-fold but the body counts are down overall. Yes, I've noticed this too...but much longer than the last few months. I have so many cars in my DL folder that have no pics and there is no indication of what they look like. I too hate it when no pics are included, as I have no idea otherwise what the car looks like. I've bitched about it before to no avail. DrDetroit

I have mine set at 150% for cars and peds. In game settings are at 22 for traffic density. I don't have the issue with no cars while on foot, probably something else causing that. DrDetroit

Use Traffic Load, (not Traffic Flow) it's the best one in my opinion. You can adjust amt of peds that spawn as well as traffic, and is fairly adjustable with the .ini included. Blows away the others. Good luck! DrDetroit
