  1. Lol...that'd be friggin' awesome!
  2. Why? Was David Lee Roth driving?
  3. Yes, it works fine. I use it for my GTAIV, EFLC and TLATD installs.
  4. Blacks should start taking back their streets from the hoods, drug dealers and the typical thugs and other human-debris. The upstanding back people should stand up and own their neighborhoods, take it back from the the few miscreants that literally control the bad areas around the country with fear and violence. They need to do it so their children can grow up to be a decent and prosperous human being. If they don't stand up for their own property and neighborhood, nobody else will. However, not sure if this is the best solution....nor the worst solution either. Interesting idea, and I'm sure there is a model that works, but maybe rethink a few things first. Look to history for answers as to what works and what doesn't. Good luck buddy. DrDetroit
  5. The only thing I can add is I hope you are charging a user fee or surcharge...say at $5-$10 per applicant. This way you may be able to establish your own legal defense fund. Good day! DrDetroit
  6. I'm surprised I haven't seen Red Dead Redemption on the list as one of the best games ever. DrDetroit
  7. Did you watch this vid spreilly posted above, should help you and others understand why you have to comply. If you don't it's your fault from that point on-wards. http://americanpatriotpost.us/anti-cop-protestor-has-dramatic-change-of-heart-after-use-of-force-training-with-police-video/ Good day, DrDetroit
  8. Yup, I actually had all the Oblivion mods, like the realism mods, better armor, better combat...on and on. Made the replay value enormous, if you ever decided to start over. The peds were very well done in Oblivion, the interaction, the conversations. You could actually learn things about Oblivion just by listening to the peds at taverns or on the streets. The immersion factor just isn't there with Skyrim. Also, the mission; travelling from one end of the map to the other was a chore and why I never finished it. With that said, I may just fire it up, add some mods (didn't mod Skyrim - yet) and give another shot.
  9. Oblivion was amazing to me at the time...the WOW factor was enormousness. The cities, the map, the characters, were all new to me and just seemed like a real living world. Skyrim really didn't hold my attention like TES-Oblivion. I don't get the WOW factor with Skyrim...just seems kinda bland. The cities/towns all seemed like rehash of the last town I was in, and the peds seem less "alive". I'll give it another shot though. The MMO version sounds interesting. Good day, DrDetroit
  10. That's why there are other call-out scrupts, like you mentioned callouts+, vpCallouts, WoutersCallouts, The Wasteland callouts, Braveheart callouts, ect. Although it would be more stable, I presume, if these call-outs were incorporated into the LCPDFR script, instead of using plug-in or add-on scripts. Not sure as I'm no programmer though.
  11. I've never used this feature, but I believe you waive cars through by going to the QAM, then while holding the QAM key press TAB to cycle through the various sub-menus. BTW: The only issue I have with the sub-menu is my mouse scroll doesn't scroll through the menu, I have to slew the view up/down to hit the proper action tab. Other than that, works without issue. Good day, DrDetroit
  12. Love the X-Files...nothing like it since, not even close. Bring it on!! DrDetriot
  13. That one kid had heart issues to begin with according to his parents (there are a few of the same stories posted at the F4 BMS forums.), and would regularly game for 2-3 days straight. Being sedentary that long exacerbated the situation, on top of non-stop adrenaline rush for day's on end, can indeed kill. I use to do 18-hour runs with TES-Obilivion on weekends back in the day (on my 24" CRT Sony monitor - that thing weighed 50lbs!), but not without breaks, eating, walking around/stretching, taking smoke breaks outside. Sometimes after being inside of ARMA-III too long (like 3-hour stints - which is rare these days), I start feeling a bit of motion sickness, so when that happens, time to take a few hours or day long break. -Weird that only really quick FPS movements and panning for long periods of time will do this...my flight sims I could maintain longer runs just fine. Anyhow, there are some interesting observations done by scientists and doctors about this that you can ready up on. One thing I got out of some of the articles; look away from the screen every once in a while and focus your eyes at various objects at various distances for a few minutes. That will alleviate the eyes from fatiguing by staring at a 2d screen too long and allow your brain to adjust properly and relax. Another thing is the seating position. For super long gaming sessions, get a really comfy chair that is ergonomic for long seating stretches (like a nice office work chair or dedicated gaming chair) so you don't have to worry about blood clots, which happens more than one may think. Anyhow, what a way to go...I guess could be worse. Good day! DrDetroit
  14. Selfridge ANGB, home of the 127th A-10C Warthogs - KC-Stratotanker "Red Devils". Located in Mount Clemens Michigan (about 20-miles north of Detroit, right on Lake St. Clair). About 10-years ago they were flying F-16C - Blk-52, but switched to the current AC sometime between then and now. They have an excellent airshow during the summer with lots of static military and flyable AC you can sit in or walk around in (B-17 you can get inside to take a look and take a ride). http://www.127wg.ang.af.mil/shared/media/document/AFD-141218-021.pdf EDIT: A 127th two wing flight of F-16Cs, out of Selfridge, were one of the first AC directed to try and intercept flight-127 (I think that's the flight that crashed into the Pennsylvania field during the 911 attacks). Supposidly unarmed though, they were doing practice TARCAP exercises down near Lake Erie. Anyhow, Love the A-10s...almost as much as the F-16C variants. DrDetroit
  15. Yea, great bunch of guys on these forums. Congrats and good to have you here on LCPDFR. PS: The Dayton Air Show is awesome for sure, but the one at Selfridge is the SH*T! Good day! DrDetroit
  16. The crime stats are indeed a cool addition to have back once again. Although seems there were more data fields previously. EDIT: Comin' for ya Yorn...watch out homeboy! lol Good day, DrDetroit #7
  17. I like this skin, very utilitarian and clean...will be used for my State Police slot.
  18. Oh no you're not sunny...44 here. EDIT: looks like I'm 30 though..no wrinkles yet and all my own teeth...and happy b'day! Good day! DrDetroit
  19. Really nice skins, would be nice to see CVPI and Tahoe versions...just don't like the GTAV cars as much.
  20. Great job with the vid...going to give this script another try. DrDetroit
  21. That gpu...not a good one. One star at FutureMark.com, and it was a rough go to get that one star... Probably will have issues running GTAIV let alone LCPDFR. Give it a try, can't hurt if you already own GTAIV/EFLC, but turn the graphics to OFF. Good luck! DrDetroit
  22. I hear grumblings of a hi-fidelity F/A-18C in the works...carrier ops would be a nice addition. I didn't find the A-10C avionics that difficult, as I've been flying F4-BMS and just about every iteration of F4 since 1998...so use to the various avionic suites. Good day! DrDetroit
  23. Awesome! Just got done flying DCS A10C a few minutes ago, looking forward to giving this a go. Can't wait to fly Red Flag at Nellis...maybe a UFO flyby over S4. Thanks for posting!! DrDetroit
