Probably Callouts+. There is a setting in the Callouts.ini for that feature, plus you can use LCtrl+Y to check it when out of the cruiser.

Nice...I like the police computer...and the door chime. Nice little touches added to your game and nice vid. Also, didn't realize you can mimic a felony stop (I guess that's what'd you call it right?) after running the license. I'm going to try that next time. Learn something new every day I guess. Tip; only mod one item at a time, then play the game for awhile to ensure the mod will not cause issue. Don't install 10-mods at the same time before testing them in-game, this can have disastrous effects. So if you want to replace all the police vehicles with new CVPI models, replace one car at a time, then play the game for awhile before adding the next mod or car. This way if your game all of a sudden stops working, which is very possible when modding the game, you'll know exactly which mod did the damage. This way you can remove the bad mod, then check again that the games works after reverting back. Always back up your game files before modding. This way you can easily reverse a bad mod install. If you're going to model (build something from scratch), you need 3ds Max (just to name one program for modeling). Very very cool program, and not that hard to learn the basics. I have a licensed version used by students. Although there are so many nuances and tricks to the trade with 3ds Max that I think you really need several classes to know where everything is and how to properly scale and use templates, hierarchy, primitives, etc. I'm in class right now learning that and CAD, and it's quite an amazing program, but quite complicated as well. Rewarding as hell though once you built a model and make it function in real-time. I supposed you could animate an entire movie with this software once you know what you're doing. I'm still an extreme noob, but learning fast. Good luck! DrDetroit

18-Years with the same girl, going on 19-years. Although I have fallen off the wagon a few times with other women, by accident, throughout the years...I got caught every time too. Well I'd love to help, as I'm taking college courses on 3dsMax currently (CAD and Revit as well - Automotive Design, even though Revit is for architecture, had to take it). I could make the model, but I'm not at the point where I'd know how to add the textures, and convert to the proper file (done via zModeler?). I've only made an animated pinball machine, but no textures yet. Next is a Sopwith Camel bi-plane with textures and landscape. I may build a CVPI or something for the next project.
