Bxbugs is on the testing team.

Check out ELS for V!
I suppose there's going to be an ELS version of the car you linked when the mod releases?

Check out ELS for V!
Well, at the very least we've got a discussion going in this topic again. Technically a discussion, at least.

Check out ELS for V!
Well GravelRoadCop posted a little while ago in this topic (on the previous page I think?) saying that ELS V is "not coming out soon", so I dunno when to expect it. It could be a few months or it could be a few weeks, it depends on their definition of what soon is.

Check out ELS for V!
Can't even play LSPDFR without ELS V any more. But we must be patient! Unfortunately, patient is not in my vocabulary.

Check out ELS for V!
Still, look at dat traffic advisor in the latest video in the thread. It looks beautiful and I can't wait to try out the cars people make with ELS V when it's out.

Check out ELS for V!
That is very unfortunate, but thanks for the clarification.

Check out ELS for V!
Yeah, I'm wondering if that's EVL or ELS. If it's an ELS V car does that mean that ELS V is releasing soon? Sure hope so. Edit: I appear to have been ninja'd.

Check out ELS for V!
Dat. Video. My hype and impatience levels have once again increased to critical for ELS V. DAMN YOU BUGS! *shakes fist*

Check out ELS for V!
Please don't misinterpret what I was saying, though. Wasn't trying to be rude or something although maybe I worded it wrong, I was just wondering about it really.

Check out ELS for V!
Still, though? How busy is LMS that he hasn't been able to provide Lt.Caine with what he needs to [insert whatever the thing is that the thing that LMS needs to give him does].

ELS For GTAV
Yes, you should follow that page, it's been posted in a few times by the testing team for ELS V with videos and information.

Check out ELS for V!
Ah, I see Lt.Caine has adopted the Valve Time approach, a wise choice.

Check out ELS for V!
Discussion for this seems to have died rather. But I suppose that's to be expected, we haven't had any information on it lately. I hope we get some soon because I'm still really impatient for it.

Light em' up
I've never really understood why someone would want that many lights on their vehicle. I'm all for police vehicle lighting being visible but this is going to have the opposite effect, any driver passing by it is going to be temporarily blind.

Check out ELS for V!
I assume ELS V will work the same way ELS IV did. As in, you have an ini configuration file called "SLOTCONTROL" and, depending on whether or not you have an ELS vehicle installed in a certain vanilla slot, you can toggle on or off the ELS configuration. If it's going to work like that again this time around, I feel it would also have to allow us to add our own entries from added cars in custom dlc folders.

Well Well, What do we have here?
It has spread to LCPDFR.com. That's it, shut down the site. Contain the infection before it kills us all!

Angels Camp Police Skin
- 25 downloads
- Version 1.2
This is a texture mostly made with Virzza's "San Andreas Highway Patrol CVPI" in mind, which you can download here: The skin will also work with any CVPI made using the DEV base. This is my first publicly released vehicle texture. Originally it was created for a user on the forums who requested it. If you'd like a version with "Angels Camp" removed, please let me know. If you wish to edit this texture, please feel free. If you wish to upload it, however, I would appreciate if you would credit me for the original. Hopefully you enjoy this texture! Regardless, thank you for viewing it.- 4 comments

[WIP, REL] Better EMS
Yeah, an improved paramedics mod would certainly be nice. Perhaps you could add what FinKone was doing before he gave up, stretchers and medical bags for the paramedics. Of course the most ideal scenario would be to be able to make the paramedics actually put the person on the stretcher if they can't revive them (and if not put, teleporting works fine as a workaround). It would also be nice to see some improved animations from the paramedics and injured persons. For instance, if they're able to be revived they don't just stand up through the paramedic. Perhaps they could get in the ambulance themselves when revived? It isn't very realistic for them to just walk away after almost being killed by something. There is one more thing that I could suggest but perhaps it can't happen. GTA IV did it best with injured persons I feel, how they would have some movement while lying on the ground to indicate they weren't beyond saving. It would be nice to see that implemented into GTA V somehow. GTA V, in many ways, is much better than GTA IV (especially regarding stability...) but I feel that's one thing it sorely lacks over IV, a better indicator of "how dead is this person?". Because as it stands, if you shoot them once anywhere but the head, they'll fall over. Then they'll get back up and if you shoot them again, they die. So yeah, it'd be nice to see an implementation of the way IV did it, if that is at all possible.

ELS For GTAV
If you want to stay updated on the status of ELS V then I would suggest following this thread: GravelRoadCop has posted in it a few times regarding the progress.

Residential locations discussion (got enough people, thanks!)
Unfortunately I can't help out personally. I'm a bit busy lately. Hopefully you still have enough people who can help you.

Residential locations discussion (got enough people, thanks!)
If you're going to enter the interior how will that work if it's just random houses? Will you get teleported inside? Apologies that this is a little off-topic, I'm just curious.
