  1. This model looks very nice. I haven't tried it out yet but I might at some point. One question. Once ELS V has been released, will you create a separate version of this with ELS-compatible lights? I would appreciate that, and perhaps others would too.

  3. Lundy, if you ever become a police officer, please notify me so that whenever I next go on holiday to America I avoid Los Angeles entirely. Edit: Oh yes, and on topic. I want to become a police officer. I live in the UK so it wouldn't be all the "guns, bang bang, accused of corruption" affair of America. The issue is that I never finished schooling and I'm not very physically fit.
  4. Does it happen even if they haven't done anything considered violent? For instance, if I have a local air unit called in and a suspect hits an officer (on foot) at speed they'll start shooting at the vehicle.
  5. Could you do some lore friendly plates? I'm not sure what other than Liberty City you could use, though.

  7. As the title says. The forward button works fine, but the back button doesn't. This means that if you just missed clicking on a download you were interested in, you have to go forward until you get back to it that way, rather than simply clicking back. Is this something anyone else can confirm, or do only I experience the issue?
  8. Voici une vidéo de démonstration de ce genre d'état de développement ELS V est en ce moment. (Désolé pour mon français, je suis en utilisant Google Translate).
  9. Krita is like Photoshop, but free. You can't export as dds though which might be an issue.
  10. That's a good point, none of the demonstration videos have shown off rotaries. Maybe they're focusing on LEDs for now and will try to do something with rotary lightbars in another release? Or perhaps that's why it's been such a long wait, because they're trying to put as many polished features in as possible before giving it to us. You'd have to ask the developers of ELS that question.
  11. This makes me wish I was around here when the server was going. It sounds like it was a very enjoyable time.
  12. I assume he's talking about ELS IV version 8.51? Not sure, though.
  13. But they're talking about it being an optional plugin. Not a part of LSPDFR that you can't switch off. I for one think it would be a good idea. I would perhaps use it.
  14. Go and check the thread on it in Modding Discussion and Information. There's a new video demonstration up on the second to last page.
  15. I doubt I'd be able to learn vehicle modelling in that short amount of time.
  16. Does it have some sort of restriction, like a time limit?
  17. I don't have Zmodeller3, though. I'm poor. :v
  18. Oh, really? Well, it's a shame the ALPR equipment isn't included, I like it.
  19. Just go to the "mods" tab on this very website and click "Vehicle Models" under "GTA V". There is quite the selection.
  20. Send me the reference images. I'm a novice at creating vehicle textures from scratch but I can try. No promises, obviously.
  21. But the way it's worded in the video makes me think it's not for release at any point, even after ELS is out.
  22. I love this new video preview. However, exactly why is that CVPI not for public release? I mean... that seems just a little mean, to me. Showing such a good looking, detailed car to then say "Nope! You can't have it!" It would be nice to know why. However, please don't take this comment the wrong way. I'm simply curious.
  23. I would be surprised if it took until next year. We've only just started 2016. And surely it should be easier this time around than GTA IV? My logic here being that because it's already been done once, in a less... stable game no less, then everyone working on it would have figured out how to do it again, more simply and more quickly? Or maybe I'm completely wrong.
