This is a texture mostly made with Virzza's "San Andreas Highway Patrol CVPI" in mind, which you can download here:

The skin will also work with any CVPI made using the DEV base.

This is my first publicly released vehicle texture. Originally it was created for a user on the forums who requested it.
If you'd like a version with "Angels Camp" removed, please let me know.

Released

Removed vehicle model from download because Virzza complained about it. You can download the model from:

But the texture will work on any CVPI that uses the DEV version as a base.
