By the looks of things there are new features. Have you watched all of the test videos on various channels?

It's been a long time since we first saw videos on it. I'm very impatient for it, but the moment it comes out I will be downloading it in an instant, no matter how far off that is. But admittedly I hope it comes out soon. Maybe within a month. I caved in, reinstalled GTA IV and bought EFLC so I could use ELS IV again. But obviously GTA IV is very unstable so it's not as good as ELS V will be.

I'm not entirely sure but I think that peds might be able to compliment vehicles driven by the AI. I'm not sure, though. But to make them stop doing that if it is your car they're referring to I think you need to change the <SWANKNESS> value in carvariations.meta or vehicles.meta, I don't remember which.

You need to use the light extras that aren't supposed to be red, otherwise you'll get a purple corona around some of them.

With the way GTA V works, all blue lights are currently not possible because half of the "light" extras have red coronas that can't be edited in any way and the other half are blue. The only thing you can do right now is only use half of the extras, the ones with the blue corona, but this means you'll have less lights to work with. The other solution is to wait for ELS V which, because it has a different approach to lights than base GTA V, is able to do all blue lights without corona issues. But the release date is unknown, right now.

It's not possible. I don't know what else could cause it if you don't have a trainer with Police Ignore set to on, unless backup not moving is still a bug in 0.3, but it doesn't happen for me.

I doubt it. Which version of LSPDFR are you running, 0.3 or 0.2?

It's in development right now. There's no doubt that we're getting it. The only question is "When?" and, to me, it is a very burning question. My impatience knows no bounds.

Do you think we'd be able to find the download for it from the original author somewhere? I'd quite like to use it.

Do you have a trainer and Police Ignore set to "On"? Because that's usually the cause.

@EthanRubinacci Do you know if that moveable spotlight script shown in a video linked in this thread is for real? I assume he stole it from someone but maybe it's just entirely fake, which would be a shame because I think it looks cool.

I find it rather odd that the police car has both SoundOff Intersectors and wing mirror lights. Never seen both at once before.

You can just use printscreen to take screenshots. It seems you need to be in windowed mode, though. At least for me if I try to take a screenshot with the printscreen button while the game is fullscreen, when pasted into an image editor it's just black.

Wait. That mod he's quite obviously stolen in the video you linked (the spotlight itself moving). If it even is real, where is it actually from? It looks great.
