Moderators might not like this, since it's technically piracy. I've found this quite useful though, I've recovered my game at least once by doing this. I wasn't quite in the habit of backing up files yet. It sure beats reinstalling the game.

In my city, Vancouver, we have the community safety guys, who are a volunteer group who works with the Vancouver Police Department directly. They basically go around and deal with minor stuff that the police are too busy for or aren't needed. They drive at least one Ford Fusion around with a FS Legend on it, but I'm not sure if it's red & blue because I've never seen them with their lights on, but I'm fairly certain it is red and blue. I think that it is perfectly fine for vehicles like that to have red and blue on them, it makes people aware of their presence and is safer. No harm to anyone, unless they are abusing the lightbar by skipping lights and shit, but that's a different issue.

Shooting was justified. The guy was going nuts, it's unlike a normal situation where once somebody's on the ground and they give up. The man was obviously not in the right state of mind and didn't care, hence why he was thrashing around so much, making it 10x more difficult for officers to subdue him. The moment that man made the decision to reach for the officers weapon, he fucked up, and the other officers will do anything in their power to protect themselves and everyone else. There was the chance that the man could have obtained the weapon and injured or killed one of the officers. I see nothing wrong here on the part of the police. Also, did anyone else notice the fucktard who was jabbing one of the officers with a baton near the beginning of the video?

I've never even heard of a "Ford Territory". The vehicle looks pretty nice actually, I'd really like to see one floating around. Wish I knew how to convert models :(

I saw a youtube video for a mod where when you are busted, you become a prisoner at the penitentiary and you can buy a handgun and escape. Looked pretty crap though. I don't think you'll find anything too extraordinary.

Yeesh, read that wrong on the first glance. Whoops. But honestly, I've never gone over ~24 hours without sleep. As a teenager especially, 60% of my life has been sleep, sleep, and more sleep. If I stay on course with my desired career path of becoming a police officer, that will likely be changing in the future... I've heard of police officers go 4 days without sleep. That'd take a lot of coffee.

Alright. Fuckin Rockstar. Ineseri put it well, don't get us hyped unless you know the god damn game is going to be ready at that date. I wasn't mad at the first delays, but the other day, I sat, staring blankly, into my computer screen at the bitter sight of the pixels that formed the characters "April 14th". I don't give a fuck if you needed more time to make the game better, I couldn't give a single shitsicle. But unless you have confidence that the game is going to be ready for goddamn launch on a specific fuckin date, DON'T GIVE US A RELEASE DATE AND DELAY IT THREE TIMES. Alright, now for what I'm really mad about: goddamn heists. That shit I've been waiting for for over a goddamn year. Yeah, remember that? My friends and I were so excited with the thought of being able to roll up to the bank in a van, hop out, grab a shitton of money and gtfo. We saw it clear as day in the goddamn trailer. Not having it at the GTAO launch was forgivable. However, you hyped us up for well over a year and you continue to do so now with that Heists trailer "...but you weren't ready!" that fun little tease, hahahahahahahahHAhAHahaAHahHAHHAHAHAHAHAH be quiet you pile of shite. Bwahaha, then you tell us that heists will be coming out with the first update for the next gen versions of the game after they launch. Well I'm looking at the date, and I think that time has well passed by now. To summarize - I don't care how long it takes you to finish something - but DO NOT ADVERTISE IT UNLESS YOU KNOW IT IS READY OR INCREDIBLY CLOSE TO BEING READY. If you hadn't advertised GTAO Heists in that launch trailer, or not given us a half thought release date for PC, I would be sitting here content as a cucumber. But no, I feel used by your ridiculous marketing tactics and stupid decisions. Eat dirt. End rant.

This is interesting, indeed. However, I really don't think LCPDFR needs this because 1) You already have radar and 2) It would defeat the purpose of keeping up with a suspect, and they wouldn't just stop, get out, and take off the tracker while they're being hunted by the cops. Not to mention the sheer technical limitations of GTA IV. It's also not very realistic considering that this looks like it's still just a proof of concept, and I'll bet it hasn't really done anything extraordinary. You wouldn't see the NYPD or LAPD installing this on their cars anytime soon. Don't hold your breath, is what I'm saying.

It's not about aesthetics, it's about practicality. Probably works better on the roof rather than the trunk. It doesn't look bad at all in my opinion.

Nothing. If I somehow get a virus or adware or anything, I hunt it the fuck down and destroy every smidgen of it. It's worked for me quite well. But really, I'm just really cautious on the internet and I'm about prevention rather than fixing it after the fact. And I have gotten adware before, and it was really horrible, but I managed to hunt it down and kill it (it wasn't as simple as right-clicking and pressing "delete") but not many people like this option (or simply aren't able to choose it) and prefer something simpler, which is usually antivirus. The two main antivirus programs that I know of are McAfee and Norton and as mentioned above, they both seem to do the job fine. No anti-virus for me though, I have friends who always complain about it, and my method of prevention works great.
