Hey, everyone. This is a Vancouver CVPI, but I haven't been able to use a model that represents it correctly. I have a VPD skin and everything. I believe it's a Whelen Liberty, but if someone can identify it as otherwise, shoot. OR, if this vehicle model already exists, which it likely does, please link me to it ASAP! I must add that those are indeed amber LED's on the back of the light bar. ELS 8 would be most preferrable! Thank-you in advance. ~Zelyth

I have reinstalled my game and discovered that it was an issue with a car I put into the game. It was not an LCPD:FR error. If you are having this issue, try downloading a fresh default vehicles.img from the internet, they are quite common.

I have used LCPD:FR almost every day. It has worked fine until just very recently. I start up GTA IV, I press play, and it goes to the loading screens. After it is done showing the loading pictures, it has the Loading (mission name here) thing in the bottom right corner, but the sound starts lagging and it crashes, displaying the error message "Grand Theft Auto IV has stopped working" I fully uninstalled LCPD:FR and the game started working fine, so it is definitely the issue. I reinstalled it, 1.0, 1.0a, and 1.0b and it stops working again, with the same message. I looked at the log and, I can't understand it but it looks to me that there's something going wrong. It may also be worth noting that the "Grand Theft Auto IV has stopped working" happens to me VERY often, almost always during gameplay (but it HAS happened on startup, but never more than once in a row) Here are my logs: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7k7cwjskodkrnfa/LCPDFR.log I tried using the diagnostics tool and it doesn't work properly, I can't seem to keep it running. Hello, everyone! It's been over a year since I released the most recent CrimeChart, which was version 3. It may have only got just below 500 downloads, but it was a huge milestone for me. With the releases of all these new modifications such as LCPD:FR 1.0b and ELS 8, I want to release the brand new CrimeChart 4 with many new features. When I made CrimeChart V2 and V3, I was very new to graphic design, and was only using the free paint.net. But since then, I have obtained Photoshop CC, which is obviously a much better program, and therefore I can be much more detailed with my work. I have gained so much experience over the last year, and I expect CrimeChart 4 to be so much more useful. I have also done my Location Notes all over again, and for longer periods of time at key spots. This means CrimeChart will be more accurate than any previous versions. TO DOWNLOAD CRIMECHART V.3.0, CLICK HERE: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> My ultimate goal for CrimeChart is to make a full mod that is actually integrated into the game, and can be turned on and off. This is very far away, and depending on how things go, may not actually happen (seeing as I have no programming experience). But, I can definitely do a Radar Mod if requested. Some new additions in CrimeChart 4 include (but are not limited to) updated graphics, icons, more accuracy, police station markers, gang markers, and many more minor additions. Instead of a bland, green/yellow/red box (like in V.3.0) I will have a transparent screen over the designated area, which makes it less cluttered and therefore easier to read. Instead of the old method of having text beside zones, I will be using an array of custom icons, to mark specific locations on the map for individual crimes, and even where car accidents occur frequently. As I mentioned before, CrimeChart is going to be even more accurate this time around. I will also be marking police stations on the map (using the police station icon that LCPD:FR uses). I will also be marking the two main gang areas (and the other gang areas), which are located almost exactly opposite to each other on the map. The goal of CrimeChart has always been to let LCPD:FR players be more efficient when they go out for a patrol, or if they're looking to crack down on a gang area. By using CrimeChart 4 on a seperate monitor, a piece of paper or with your smartphone, you can do these things. I am also going to be making CrimeChart: Traffic Map in the near future, which marks which streets in Liberty City are the most congested, and where traffic accidents occur the most. This is the one I will likely be making into the mod. This may even be released WITH CrimeChart 4, but that is something I am not sure of quite yet. There's this one area, on the freeway (near beachgate, just when the freeway begins) where one onramp links to the 2 lanes going the same direction, and I always go there to patrol. The traffic is absolutely horrible, because vehicles are going VERY fast and can't stop fast enough, so they always rear-end eachother causing a huge traffic jam, and quite often, deaths. It'd be great if there were an option to have something like "Stop Traffic" but "Slow Traffic". It creates a maximum speed, maybe even toggled so that you can have very slow speeds for streets, and a decent speed for freeways and such. It won't stop cars, but it will slow them down so that they are less likely to run into things at crime scenes, or into other vehicles. Thanks! ~Zelyth

Can someone please make this? I know that Tim98 AKA Napoleon made one, but it's currently broken and crashes the game. People say he has no interest in fixing it. I want to link one and PERSONALLY use a Charger with a Valor lightbar for my Vancouver Police Charger skin. It'd be really great if someone could help me out. Is there any way to end callouts by force (without completing them?) Because many times I've accidentally accepted a callout, or a wanted ped gets stuck inside a wall or something stupid. I need a way to end a callout by force, maybe by using a command line? I've already tried things like pressing the ~ key and typing in "endcallout" and that didn't do anything. Any help is much appreciated! ~Zelyth

I am unable to configure the FirstResponse.ini in my GTA directory (Scripts, to be specific) whenever I make changes and attempt to save, it makes me create a new .txt file instead of keeping it's .ini format. Even when I try to save it as a .txt it shows the message "Access Denied." I am able to configure other .ini files in my scripts folder, except for the LCPDFR one. Will I have to re-install? I tried right clicking FirstResponse.ini and clicking "edit" but that did the same thing as double clicking it normally. Thank you in advance for any assistance! Hey LCPD:FR people! Some of you MAY or may not know me, but I as you may now have played LCPD:FR many times. I recently downloaded a mod which made my GTA IV crash, and now I can't re-install LCPD:FR onto my game.
