Introduction for CrimeChart V.2.0 CrimeChart is an almost 100% accurate map of the crime hotspots in Liberty City. With this, you can look at HIGH CRIME areas on the CrimeChart map, and find where to patrol when playing LCPD:FR. Print out CrimeChart or have it open on another monitor. RECOMMENDED FOR: Printing out Using as a crime guide Where to do drug busts Where to find the most gang activity UPCOMING UPDATES/VERSIONS: CrimeChart Mod: A mod which you can download INTO GTA IV with small icons instead of zones, which makes it easier to locate smaller petty crimes. CrimeChart V.3.0: CrimeChart totally redesigned, with added Density effect. Smaller zones for more specific crime-locating. CrimeChart V.3.5: Almost the same, but with added Legend, for identifying densities and zone colors. CrimeChart V.4.0: CrimeChart with zones AND icons, for extremely specific crime spotting. Released in mid-2013. CrimeChart Traffic Map: A view of the most dense traffic, with icons telling the locations where the most Motor Accidents occur. For more details, or a suggestion for me in later CrimeChart versions, please send a message to my OLD email at: koolkatben@gmail.com *I don't use it anymore, so don't bother spamming. :) Suggestions? Advice? Post it below, it'd greatly help me develop later versions of CrimeChart. If you have the time, please rate CrimeChart V.2.0 out of ten in the section BELOW. Please do not edit my CrimeChart, or make another one that strongly resembles mine, greatly appreciated. Thank you! Thanks for taking your time to read this. :D
  1. Lol yeah. I'll be on the watch for a black and white template. But mind you, this IS my first skin. :)

I recently made a tahoe skin, Liberty City police, and now I want to put it into the game so I can use it. Could someone help me transfer it so people can download it? I want to be able to use SparkIV to put it into my game. I'm pretty proud of the skin, but if it's all screwed up, mind you it's only my first one. It would also be great if someone could explain/teach me how to transfer a vehicle skin into the game, or as a download, for the future. I intend on making similar skins as a "series" of downloads. *Download Attatched I assure you this is VIRUS FREE. I claim this skin, and would appreciate if nobody would copy/edit this without my permission. Do not claim this skin as your own. Anyone who helps me convert this may receive partial credit. Thanks LCPDFR Community, -Zelyth
