  2. The cars that you linked are all locked, which means they cannot be edited. Additionally, the Pinnacle and E-350 Van probably aren't publicly released, so other people can't use them in their own models. It may be worth noting that the FS Valor is also no longer available to the public. You may want to consider contacting the individual authors of the vehicles you linked and inquiring directly about your request, but otherwise, nobody will likely be able to do what you are asking unfortunately.
  3. Since the dude made a full legal seperation from the company, there is a slight possibility they could continue filming without him, although it absolutely wouldn't be the same.
  4. Very nice! Apart from the issues you mentioned, this is a nice skin, considering you had no actual template to work with!
  5. You say in the desc that we have to restart the game if it crashes or stops responding, could we not just press ~, open the console and reloadscripts? Great mod by the way!
  6. The vehicle model is locked and cannot (and should not be) modified. Developers make their models locked so that people do not steal their work. You could either contact the original creator of the model, or use the non-ELS version of the bike.

  8. Not quite sure how to do that, this is my second day on zmodeler. I'll give it a try, though. Oh, and it's already below it on the hierarchy anyways, plus, it works fine on the other half?
  9. I'm using EVI's Valor, which is just one object, no COL, and no seperate glass. It all just came as one. Here is my hierarchy: "lightbar" is just the entire Valor.
  10. Hey, This is literally my first time ever mapping a lightbar, and it was going great (as far as I could tell...) and I was going to export the unfinished model so I could test it in-game. The original was absolutely fine, so I saved and closed, and I opened up a new window, put in my vehshare and valor textures, and then imported. The damn thing was half transparent, but it's quite odd because only the interior of the lightbar was transparent, while other textures are absolutely fine. See for yourself, I attached 2 screenshots, one of the back, one of the front. I tried exporting it again, didn't work. I tried exporting the lightbar by itself without the extras, same thing. I'm not sure if there's something wrong staring at me in the face, but this is my first time mapping a lightbar, so I really don't know. I tried exporting with the original valor, and it works fine when I import it. And yes, I did try to take all of the extras and put them on a new one, but let's just say, that ended terribly. I must've accidentally rotated or re-sized the valor in an odd way at some point. Maybe that is causing the issue? Here are the errors I get when importing: Object "3rdtest.wft" was not found.   12. I have one, and I love it. It runs GTA IV on decent settings. In fact, it runs most games on decent settings. People often complain about Alienware products breaking alot, which has never happened to me, and I've had mine for almost a year now. And damn, those LED's never get old.

  15. Hey, I've recently been trying to start making some mods for myself, so naturally, I've begun downloading lots of development parts. Although, the one thing I wanted the most was bxbugs123's CVPI which is *usually* available for download from GPM, but for some reason the link (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1258) doesn't work for me. I do not know if it is an issue with my account. I also cannot access this 2003 Chevrolet Suburban (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2038) and it's really bugging me, since these are 2 vehicles I intend to use. If someone could please help, I've been able to download other bxbugs vehicles, but not these two. I'm not sure if it's an issue with my account, or the models were taken down (which I doubt, since I have seen them before). Thank-you all in advance. ~Zelyth

  18. The top right text is a little bit close to the lines, and the flag in the symbol in the bottom left cuts into the bottom stripe. Fix those things, and I could call this release-worthy.
  19. I literally have no experience with ELS mapping, but try making it so that the light texture appears on the exterior side of the window instead of the interior. It's probably the window texture blocking the ELS light from appearing, so if it's over top of the window, theoretically it should work. Again, I have absolutely zilch experience with ELS mapping.

  21. There's a slight possibility he is helping out the liaison officer at your school, but most (if not, all) agencies do not hire people below the age of 18. And since he's a minor, he cannot carry a weapon at school. All of Sergiyj's points are accurate. I have heard of kids doing the same thing at my high school, but it's all bullshit, just people trying to make themselves look important. If I were you, I'd call him on it. And he might even be showing off some badge and airsoft pistol he got from a toy store, so don't be fooled.
  22. I made a texture for a VPD 2013 Charger awhile back, but Tim98's Valor charger doesn't work. This is a very basic vehicle, it just has the valor, some LED's on the rambar and some LED's in the back windshield. I beg you to make this, I've been wanting it for so long! Since it's a Canadian vehicle, it's not a christmas tree, and doesn't have many lights at all which I personally prefer. Thank you so much in advance.
