  1. VRRROOOOMMMMMMM Cop: It's your lucky day! *runs away* Man that was funny :) Yeah the guy was right, SLR is nice but not the "look at me" car.
  2. Happy birthday Jay, thanks for everything you have done for us. :)
  3. I quite like the default size as it is, and the default look of it because it looks like an old pc system which would be used around then. But I can see the appeal in being allowed to change the size. :)
  4. Yeah I used the contact us form as well, got a nice reply with a lot of helpful information in it. It really is so subject to the specific minute that the email is received and so many other factors, it's why I never hold anything against the support teams of any website because I know what they go through :) You wont forget the term, it's a ridiculous term. "I am going to munge my email address" Money says people will go "wtf dude?" lol
  5. Funny cause when I emailed them I got a reply within the hour. The thing with support email addresses for big companies is that the time they take to reply is entirely dependant on a large number of factors. I'm not trying to argue against your case here by the way, I'm just adding my perspective, especially given that I have been on the receiving end of support emails, differentiating between spam and genuine help and then trying to be fair to everyone is time consuming. Oh, and just in case you wanted to know, the technique of messing up the email address so HTML doesn't recognise it (and thus highlight it) is called munging :)
  6. Remove your cars. As much as I understand you want those cars, remove them. You install high poly cars and you will get lots of texture loss and bugs and glitches and problems. Especially if you install a lot of them. My recommendation is to have two separate GTA IV installs, one for running LCPDFR and policing scripts and another for running high poly cars and ENB's etc. If you don't want to do that then you will just have to find a compromise.
  7. Right, well. Firstly a screenshot of your GTA IV directory please. My immediate suggestion is to remove some of your scripts. You're running GTA IV and LCPDFR and all those mods on 4GB of RAM. No wonder you are having issues. LCPDFR 1.0 is far more resource demanding than the older versions so remove some mods. Also please note that the more car mods you add the higher the chance of texture loss and game failure, car mods require a hell of a lot of resources too. The critical error when you exit the game is a typical thing when you run mods so it can be ignored.
  8. Your crash is not related to LCPDFR, the LCPDFR.log file indicates no crashes so it cannot be due to the pursuit itself, possibly another mod you have installed is conflicting or causing problems here. You have one crash indicated by the VIPPU mod due to an invalid cast, you might want to copy that error to the mod author and see if he knows why it has returned that error. What other mods do you have installed?
  9. I highly recommend you read through this guide '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Especially chapter 4 on how to get support. I can't really help you if all you say is "help it doesn't work" I need more information as to why it doesn't work.
  10. OMG WALL OF TEXT!?!?!? No seriously please if your log file is that big either put it in spoiler tags OR upload the actual file. I spent 2 minutes scrolling down to reply. Not fun on a laptop and a lot of people will be put off by it :) Ok so, Do you have any other mods installed, if so which ones? What version of LCPDFR did you install and which version of GTA are you using. Try resetting the "PreloadAllModels = True" to False just to see, because this line actually requires the usage of more resources. That could be your problem, but LCPDFR itself doesn't seem to indicate any form of crash that is occurring every so often.
  11. Hi, that little white square that appears is a feature within the mod itself. It is primarily used as an indication of the position in which you can instruct a partner to go to. For example holding ALT and aiming the square at the middle of the road and then pressing the necessary hotkey will tell your partner to go to that location. So no I don't believe it can be disabled.
  12. Hi, the critical error 0x1 is an easy fix, when you run the diagnostics tool click the "Advanced mode" checkbox in the bottom left corner, and then get it to verify your installation.
  13. Try using the windows "snipping tool" that's what I use :)
  14. Lol, for future reference save the screenshot in paint and upload it lol. Not everyone can open Docx documents :P Lucky I can. Right, what I recommend doing is making a clean install of GTA IV. Be sure to delete everything left in the GTA IV directory and then install GTA IV again, this will clear out any modded files you might not have noticed. Make a backup before installing mods When you're done test the game, and then if it works install LCPDFR 1.0b via the automatic installer and test again.
  15. Right ok. You can upload your other log files as well, can you post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory for me too please.
  16. Can you please upload the full LCPDFR.log file you have, as what you have pasted here shows no sign of any crash at all. As a result, unless one appears in the full log the crash isn't LCPDFR related.
  17. Click the "Advanced Mode" checkbox. That fixes the critical error
  18. Have you tried launching GTA IV from the "GTAIV.exe" ?
  19. That's really strange. I'll have to do some testing to see if I can figure it out for you, I'll get back to you when I can. Hopefully someone else might know the answer as to why it isn't working. Sorry I can't be of much more help.
  20. Ok can you upload the error logs that you have please. Advancedhook, advancedhookinit, scripthook, scripthookdotnet and asilog.
  21. Are you running the game as administrator on the latest patch too?
  22. Then I recommend you reinstall LCPDFR and possibly even GTA IV to be sure.
  23. Ok, go to the following guide and make sure you have everything listed in chapter 3, and make sure you go through chapter 1 as well. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  24. Hi, Can you post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory please, have you also tried using the diagnostics tool the check your installation went ok?
