  1. You only need the 2010 and 2012 c++ redists for LCPDFR. But make sure you only have the 86x versions not the 64x. The 64x is not needed at all.
  2. Likely missing one of the dependencies then, double check by installing the files listed in chapter 3 of the guide. I provide the download links there '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  3. Ok, try reinstalling LCPDFR now that you have the correct patch and try that.
  4. Right, I would highly recommend doing a reinstall of GTA IV just to be on the absolute safe side. Be sure to delete any remaining files after uninstalling as this clears any mods from the directory. Then reinstall GTA IV, then LCPDFR 1.0b and then run the diagnostics tool again :)
  5. Run the diagnostics tool and verify your installation. You are likely now missing a key dependency.
  6. Haha derp, it should do, LCPDFR needs some dependencies from the 1.0.7.0 patch :)
  7. Haha thanks. Yeah just ignore it, it really means nothing when you've modded GTA IV. Nothing to worry about :)
  8. No problem, glad I could help :) Be sure to quote me when you reply so I know you have replied. :)
  9. Hi, If you go to this guide '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Follow the steps in chapter 1, you might be missing a required file.
  10. Look in chapter 1 of this guide it will answer that problem. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  11. Hi, I would highly suggest you uninstall everything, reinstall GTA IV clean and then install LCPDFR 1.0b rather than the older versions. You can then use the diagnostics tool to verify it was installed correctly, and run the game. LCPDFR 1.0b is more resource demanding so install more mods afterwards with care, be sure to make a backup of GTA IV before installing any mods at all.
  12. Could you please upload an error logs files you have? Namely the LCPDFR.log, AdvancedHook.log and the AdvancedHookInit.log. You can also try to put the line "PreloadAllModels = True" in the LCPDFR.ini file underneath [Main]
  13. Did you install it into a sub folder called "LCPD First Response" or similar? You need to install LCPDFR to the GTA IV directory and not any sub folder.
  14. Great, I'm glad it's working for you better now. Enjoy :)
  15. Hi, if you go to this guide and go throug chapter 1 on how to use the diagnostics tool, you can check your lcpdfr install. ?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent> It will also be advisable to read chapter 4 of that guide and upload the necessary log files to this thread so I can check them for errors.
  16. Hi, Get the lcpdfr diagnostic tool to check your installation and verify that its all ok still, if you create a file called lcpdfr.log it should be able to read it even if empty and not crash so hard. If it says it's installed fine my best advice to you would be to reinstall gta iv (be sure to make a clean backup of gta iv before installing any mods).
  17. Great, glad I could help. Come back and let me know how that goes for you, be sure to quote this post so I know when you've replied. :)
  18. Hi, welcome to the forum. What I want you to do is to use the diagnostics tool with 1.0b to check your installation and verify you've got it all installed correctly. You can see a nice guide on how to do that here '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> I recommend reading through that and seeing if you can't pull some more information as to why your game isn't loading. When you have done that come back and let me know your progress :)
  19. Hi, The loading screen thing isn't really an issue if the game plays. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I don't. As for the crashes, there is nothing in your LCPDFR log (at least the portion you screen captured) to suggest any kind of crash related to LCPDFR. What I suggest you do is to actually reduce the number of mods you're using because the 1.0 versions of LCPDFR are much more demanding now with all the extra features. It's been written a lot better and you have to compromise with that. The crashes you do get that are related to VDH helper, I suggest you disable world events so that it doesn't cause as many errors. Hope this helps, let me know if not :)
  20. Hmm, I'm not sure there is much else left to try in order to get 1.0b working. It seems to be a more localised fault with your system's settings rather than the mod itself. I'm afraid I can't be of any further assistance in getting 1.0b working for you.
  21. Your install doesn't appear to be working correctly, especially given that you are missing an ASI loader, scripthook, and scripthookdotnet. Make sure that these are not located inside any folders. They should be inside the root of your gta iv directory.
  22. Great, now try to reinstall LCPDFR 1.0b using the automatic installer. When you have done that, run the diagnostics tool and check your installation to make sure it went ok/
  23. Yes, a backup. Copy the game's files into a different folder outside the GTA IV directory so that you don't have to spend forever reinstalling the game each time you break it.
  24. To my knowledge there isn't a force callout option in the latest versions of LCPDFR, so I'm not exactly sure what it is you mean, pressing F12 (the default for the "other" command when in a traffic stop) is not hotkeyed to anything else in the LCPDFR mod. Do you have other mods conflicting with this?
  25. LCPDFR doesn't provide direct support for multiplayer at the moment, while it is technically compatible it is not going to be as reliable as it would be in single player. With regards to your diagnostics tool report, when you run it check the "advanced mode" box in the bottom left corner and have it scan the correct directory. If it still says things are missing you may need to reinstall LCPDFR, especially if these are the LCPDFR settings it is looking for. You can read more on this in chapter 1 of this guide '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
