  1. You don't need to pay me. What I recommend you do now is to make a full clean install of gta iv again, make sure you delete everything left in the gta iv folder after you uninstall so that any modded files get removed. Then install gta iv again and check it works fine. If it works fine, make a backup of the game and then go ahead and reinstall lcpdfr 1.0b
  2. Hmm, Ok right click the LaunchGTA file and see if there is an option by default (at the top) that says run as administrator.
  3. In my guide, Chapter 3 :)
  4. Right in the middle, "GTAIV" has the black IV logo, says "Application" to the right of it and to the right of that the filesize is 13,000KB.
  5. Yes, you must have both of them.
  6. Nonono You need both the 2010 file and the 2012 file.
  7. Look at the actual file extension.... That is the .cat file not the .exe. You want the one with the "IV" icon that says "Application" to the right of it.
  8. Go to your directory, right click on the GTAIV.exe file, go to "properties" Then click the "Compatibility" tab and you will see the checkbox at the bottom saying "launch as administrator" tick that and apply the settings. Repeat this process for the LaunchGTA.exe
  9. Post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory for me please. Thank you. Ok try setting the GTAIV.exe and the LaunchGTA.exe to run as administrator and see if that works correctly,
  10. Did you install BOTH the 2010 dll (86x) and the 2012 dll (86x) ?
  11. Based on that you have made a large error in your installation, I suggest you uninstall LCPDFR then verify that GTA IV will run correctly, then try to install LCPDFR 1.0b again via the automatic installer. When you have done that, run the diagnostics tool and verify the installation was correct and that you aren't missing any dependencies. If the diagnostics tool still doesn't run after the reinstall, run it as an administrator and make sure to click the "advanced mode" checkbox in the bottom left corner. Then try to run the game (if it says no issues). If the diagnostics tool still doesn't work, try to run the game. If the game runs but LCPDFR does not seem to function, you are missing dependencies. If the game runs but crashes trying to load LCPDFR, you could be missing dependencies or installed the mod incorrectly.
  12. Read the guide, chapter 4 will tell you the best way to get support...
  13. Great, no problem at all, glad I could help :)
  14. Ok well, go to the guide again, and install the dependencies listed in chapter 3 '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> You only want the 86x versions of the 2010 and 2012 C++ redists, not the 64x ones.
  15. Could not load type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.ExtensionAttribute' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0 You're missing the .net framework 4.5. Go download and install it (again links are in chapter 3 of the guide I mentioned) '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  16. Everything on the diagnostics tool can be found in chapter 1 of this guide '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Check that you have definitely got AdvancedHook.dll in the correct place (root of your gta iv directory) and that it is accessible.
  17. Go to this guide and get the microsoft redists shown in chapter 3 '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  18. Try it anyway, and see how long you can play for. The more mods you install the less stable GTA IV becomes, it is the worst thing I've seen for mods breaking it. Vehicle models cause a lot of graphical problems, and script mods require a lot of member (which you apparently don't have a huge amount of)
  19. In that case then definitely do a reinstall of LCPDFR to ensure it is all in correctly, that sometimes fixes the "not working" issue with the diagnostics tool. If it doesn't go through that guide and check you have everything mentioned in chapter 3 and see if it runs then.
  20. Have you tried running it as administrator, and checked that the microsoft api pack ile thing is inside the LCPDFR folder as well?
  21. If you read chapter 1 of this guide '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> you will get a nice detailed walkthrough of how to use the diagnostics tool, run that and see what problems occur.
  22. Try removing all of the other mods you are running then, it may be that your system is struggling and causing memory leaks. Just run GTA IV with LCPDFr on it's own and see if it works.
  23. What to do is read this '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Especially read chapter 4. Then come back with useful information for me.
  24. Hi, The only error related to LCPDFR that you get is this one Error while processing callout: TrafficAccidentPedestrian: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at LCPD_First_Response.LCPDFR.API.LPedBase.op_Implicit(LPedBase pedBase) at WoutersCallouts.Callouts.TrafficAccidentPedestrian.ProcessPlayerArrived() at WoutersCallouts.Callouts.TrafficAccidentPedestrian.Process() at freval_129.Process() This is a problem with WoutersCallouts. You can try to fix this with the line "PreloadAllModels = True" under the [Main] section of the LCPDFR.ini file. Also make sure to disable world events with the VDH police helper mod.
  25. Single player still because I use xlive.dll I never play multiplayer due to the bugs.
