Well, because it's my home state we have an Active Shooter on The Ohio State University Campus, 2 Suspects, 1 is rumored to be down, 7 Students have been transported 1 in custody. Columbus SWAT is setting up Snipers currently on the hotel as SWAT Clears "Watts Hall" where the apparent shots were heard. Suspect is a male black, short hair is the only description so far. CPD just advised a Search Warrant on a nearby house...... UPDATE 10:53AM Car was rammed into the Chemical Engineering Building before shots were heard. 1 Suspect has been killed. 11:00am SWAT just cleared Watts Hall, currently moving to the next connected building for victims and clearing it. 11:41am OSU issued a Shelter Alert to be lifted as SWAT clears the parking garage. CPD is advising to not overturn it as hundreds of students leave, but CPD sets up crowd control as SWAT finishes clearing the area. Suspect has been identified as an 18 year old male born in Somalia, was a student at OSU. Reports said he hit multiple people in a family owned vehicle and then got out after crashing and starting to slash people. A nearby OSU Campus Officer fired shots at the suspect killing him and saving other lives. Officer was nearby investigating a possible gas leak. As @Caramel said above, The skins are not released right now, I still have some more stuff to do to them but as he listed above are some of my skin packs I have released for the vehicles ! I have gotten countless PMs on here and YouTube about the All Blue Carcols for Captain14's vehicles and I told him I would release them today for you all to enjoy ! Installation is simple, drop the carcols where the file says to in his directory and replace the light textures with the right files, all textures are edited to all blue so all you gotta do is just replace them. These do include all his LSPD vehicles so enjoy ! Video below is showcasing what they look like in game during patrols of mine, 2 videos so you see what the liberty looks like with all blue also!
