I have gotten countless PMs on here and YouTube about the All Blue Carcols for Captain14's vehicles and I told him I would release them today for you all to enjoy ! Installation is simple, drop the carcols where the file says to in his directory and replace the light textures with the right files, all textures are edited to all blue so all you gotta do is just replace them. These do include all his SHERIFF vehicles so enjoy !
