Whelen 295HFSA1 Siren
Got to 0:22 seconds and then YouTube wouldn't buffer the video, anywho, siren sounds great! I run a Whelen siren, the 295 I think, and like it, but this is really good! I think I may be using a new siren now! :D

Airport Fire Department Simulator 2013
Ah, the Jane's Military Sims. I found a disc set in my basement of some military flight simulators. I tried to install it on my desktop but it wouldn't start. :( I then tried to run it in compatibility mode but it still didn't work. I do want to try this Airport Sim game, just to see how bad it may be.

Next-Gen Police Cars in Pursuit
Yeah, I thought the same thing when I saw it. Granted the only reason I saw it was because there was an area that was cordoned off due to a HAZMAT situation. They have nice firetrucks and hazmat trucks too. lol. (sorry for getting off topic! lol)

Next-Gen Police Cars in Pursuit
I was at West Point over the weekend and they had Jeep Liberty police cars. They were also Christmas trees which I really liked. The designs were simple, just said Military Police up the side, kinda angled too, but they were Jeep Liberty's. When I watched the chase with the taxi, I was waiting for the guy to run into a tree when he bailed out of the car. I saw the Impala pull up close to him and the guy cut to the left, and I was like, "HIT THE TREE! HIT THE TREE! " Sadly it didn't happen. But it would have been seriously if he did plow face first into a tree.

Mod Inquiry KITT
So I was recently watching some old Knight Rider from the '80's, I know all 4 seasons on DVD, don't judge!! lol. Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone could make a model of the Knight Industries Two Thousand, KITT if you prefer. lol. I think it would be cool if his scanner in the front was functional and whatnot, perhaps have it set as a police car. By having it set as a police car, the fog lights on the bottom of the front bumper would flash, along with the scanner, and maybe some lights in the back. Just a thought. Much appreciated for any feedback whether it could be done or not. Thank you! PS: If I need to post pics of KITT I will, I just figured I didn't need to since Knight Rider was a really popular show when it was on.

NYPD Cars
So I was on a trip to New York for school, just seeing some sights around town, and of course I was on the lookout for stuff that was LCPDFR worthy, and I think I may have found some.. ...I was in line for the 9/11 Memorial, which was just staggeringly amazing, anyhow, I saw these. The first picture is of a surveillance van-thingy with a tower that rises from inside the van. The van has outriggers that raise the van an few inches off the ground to stabilize it. The second picture is of the same van-thingy, but with the surveillance tower fully extended. The last picture is something that I found hilarious. In between the 2 vans is none other than a Toyota Prius NYPD Traffic car. When I saw this I immediately started to laugh. While I was in NYC, I saw a lot of different kinds of police cars, CVPIs, Impalas, the Prius, some Ford Escapes, and some Nissan Altimas. Never before have I seen such a wide variety of police cars.

Boston Marathon explosions
I was just in New York, its pretty far from Boston, but I was on a school trip and we were thinking of going to the Boston Marathon. This is just plain scary. It just proves that even if there aren't any guns, people will still find ways to kill or hurt other people. My condolences go out to those involved and their families.

Who here actually drives...
ATM, I drive a John Deere riding lawn mower because my parents don't want to take me to get my learners permit. Anyhoo! I would probably be driving either a 2005 Ford Focus ZX5, nice little car with some zip! Or a 2000 Subaru Outback Wagon. I'd love to get an older Focus, perhaps around '05 with a manual gearbox, I love them. But I'll take what I can afford. LOL

The road ahead: 2013 and beyond (LCPDFR, ELS.Net and more)
To be brutally honest, HOLY SHIT! Reading this made me really really excited for the year ahead! The work that you guys put into this is just phenomenal. To think that this is just a MOD, not an individual game, but a mod! That is crazy! I'm glad to be a part of such a great community, the way that everything is conducted around here is just fantastic. I have seen people that get paid to do what you guys do and only make something half assed. You guys do this on your own time, volunteering your time to make this mod become something bigger than anyone ever thought, that is just awe inspiring and, well, awesome! I can't wait to see what new things LCPDFR 1.0 will have and how awesome ELS.NET is gonna be. Keep up the great work guys and have fun doing it. PS: Sam, JUST. DON'T. DIE! And keep up that awesome work! My many thanks go out to all that are working and have previously worked on all versions of LCPDFR!

NYPD CVPI
If you didn't get permission that isn't right. Especially if they don't want their stuff up in certain places.

How did you find out about LCPDFR?
NB got me into it. His stuff is hilarious! He actually is the one that got me into recording stuff and putting it on youtube. But after I saw some of his videos, I looked around for LCPDFR and finally found it and here I am! I love LCPDFR, the community and everything about it. I'm glad I found and I'm glad I play it.

open iv?? or other
SparIkIV works, just not for me. But when it does, it is really easy to use, at least I think so.

What do these mean?
Google is your best friend for things like these. Also, before posting, look through the immense LCDPFR Support Database. This question, as well as many others have already been answered. Just take a few minutes to look through that and you find find answers to pretty much every question about LCPDFR has been answered there.

Operation Repo: GTA IV Edition
Lol! I love these kinds of things! I get bored just playing LCPDFR and sometimes look on YouTube and on here for cool videos like these! I think its cool that you guys can make these sorts of scenarios and videos with LCPDFR and GTA IV.

Els Not Working
Just google the latest scripthook. If that doesn't work then try to install ELS V5. Its much more stable and way less buggy than V6, so it would probably work for whatever you problem is.
-
GTA IV Requirements
Not really. You need at least 4 gigs of RAM, what kind of processor(s) and graphics card do you have? But 512mb of RAM is not very good at all.

ELS Issues HELP PLEASE!
ELS V5 is indeed much more stable than V6, though I haven't a problem, knock on wood, ever since I started using it. Until ELS V7 comes out, which is still a ways off most likely, as Caine is still making and tweaking it. But it looks far more stable and seems to have some cool new features. But as previously stated, ELS V5 is your best stable bet.

Help
That's the main reason I haven't gotten into modeling cars and stuff for GTA. I just can't spend money on things like ZModdler, which kinda bums me out, I like that kind of stuff. My school uses some Autodesk program for 3D modeling, so if I get put in that class, I may try to copy that program and use it to make stuff. lol EDIT: Officer113, some authors have their models locked so that others can't edit them and upload them as their own, you will need to find an unlocked model to edit.

Help
Probably. Just search on YouTube how to use ZMod for what it is that you're doing.
