This is just plain scary. What's terrible is I agree with what NicolaiB said in that the media will label him as a lunatic, and while what he did/doing is in no way shape or form just, he is trying to prove a point that the LAPD is corrupt. Though I do not support what he is doing to expose this, I do agree with the fact the LAPD is corrupt, from the many articles I've read. My local Police Chief is supposed to be canned because a councilwoman wants her husband, who is also a police officer, to become a detective. And the only way that's possible is if the chief is fired and peoples' ranks are moved about. It just shows that no matter where you are, there is corruption. There was nothing wrong with the chief, he was a nice guy and wanted to help the people, not to carry a gun and flaunt it. I hope that this guy is found and captured. Even though his manifesto won't be taken seriously since the media and most of the US populous will condemn him as a mentally insane murderer.

Your computer probably isn't suited for GTA IV. What's the specs of your pc. To me, it sounds like the game is having a texture loss due to the fact that the game requires a ton of resources, and your computer can't handle the load of the game. BUt make sure that you have the ingame graphics settings set to what will give you the best balance between performance and graphics quality.

The lower the density, the less cars there will be. The higher the density, the more there will be. I usually have mine set between 25-50. I tried it at 100 but its like a clusterfuck of cars.

These are nothing like the one I made and are planning to make....they're really good! Mine suck. Yours are extremely well made, and very entertaining to watch! I like them a whole lot!

If you're using a cracked version, no help is given. But try running it as an administrator. If that doesn't work, look for a section in the start menu for activation of GTA IV and use that. I know for me when I first launched GTA using the laucnhGTAIV.exe it immediately prompted for a serial code. I use a shortcut pinned to my taskbar to launch it too.

But instead of getting right close behind them, hang a distance back and don't press shift to pull them over. Just follow them. Sometimes they won't take you to a hideout.

For the PC, ummmm, any Need for Speed really. They offer a decent amount of cars and a stupid amount of customizeable parts.You can change anything from the color of the body to the color of the exhaust tips. If they would've released Forza 4 for the PC I would highly suggest that, but they didn't so my opinion is NFS.

I've had my fair share of mishaps. I've gone down the lane many times with my ball. Haha. But roman annoys the hell outta me. He either calls me to go to a strip club, a bar, or to go bowling. Lol. So I'm pretty good at driving drunk on there. Haha

It just runs in my family. Lol. That's the main reason why I do it. My dad was really good then stopped. His dad was a pro for a while then blew out his knee. So I figured why not, I'll try it, and I was pretty good so I kept with it. Although it is fun to go with friends and watch their reactions when I whoop them. Haha

So I just reinstalled GTA IV and LCPDFR, and I want to play some multiplayer, but when I tried to go online, it said I needed to be logged into the Rockstar Game's Social Club. So when I clicked on the icon to start GTA, instead of pressing play offline, i hit play online, but it just logs me out of GFWL and when I try to log back into GFWL it doesn't let me. How do I fix this?? I'm anxious to try this out on MP since I'v never done it.

What ever the newest version that was released, I have it, and it's awesome! For a graphic designer, you sure can make some kick ass mods! Love them!
