Try running it as an administrator, but not with Windows XP compatibility. Sometimes certain games can have issues when running in Compatibility Mode. Just a suggestion.

As Matosh said, disable your SNT, if that doesn't work, get rid of the trainer altogether and try that again. Also, don't thread jack, it's not nice.

The only two new games that I have pre-ordered are GTA V and Battlefield 4. I can't wait for GTA V though, it looks like awesomesauce! lol.I would preorder Forza 5, but $500 just for a game...I'll pass for now. lol

if you are running bandicam, there should be a setting that allows you to choose the resolution of the video, choose the setting that is the largest, and should be the resolution of you computer screen.

I don't remember off the top of my head. I know I have his discharge papers somewhere in my house. But I want to say he was 53rd or 56th Airborne Medics. He was a Medic and he got his draft papers 3 days after he depolyed to Vietnam.

That is wicked, my grandfather was also a sergeant in the Air Force during Vietnam and was also a cop for almost 30 years. Different State though.

I respect the cops that do their job well and just, but those who abuse the badge and abuse people/animals immediately lose all sort of respect I had for them. My grandfather was a cop in my local PD for almost 40 years, he's been retired for 16 years now, and he is the reason why I want to get into the law enforcement career when I can. But the people who hate cops most likely see one cop do something questionable, not necessarily wrong, and jump to conclusions, all cops are that way. And one thing that always make me laugh, people say they hate cops and that they never do their jobs and that they never want to see them because they're worthless; so when they need the help of the police, are they going to call? Or are they going to get seriously injured or killed because they don't want the police? A few of my friends hate cops, a and I always say to them, "What happens when you need them? I'm 90% sure your opinion on them will change if you need to call them for help."

Is your copy of GTA IV a legal copy?

Did you enable all of the cars in the ELS.ini? If not, there's your problem. Open the ELS.ini and enable your cars. Also, if you have a trainer, disable the keys, they can sometimes interfere with ELS. Lastly, if neither of those work, do you have ELS enabled cars installed? If not, ELS won't work on those cars.

It's easier for me to say which one I don't like! lol. I personally could do without the new Caprice, it doesn't look fast or menacing like the CVPI, Taraus, or Charger, in my own opinion. I just voted CVPI because its one of, if not the most common cruiser in America, and it sounds great when you floor it. If I had to choose a second one, it would have to be the Charger, with a V8 Hemi, that's pretty awesome as well.

Isn't that the game that's set in Pittsburgh, PA? I have yet to play it so next time I'm at GameStop I'll have to pick it up. It does look really awesome.

Downloads>Grand Theft Auto IV>Community Modifications>Vehicle Modifications>Non-ELS. This filters all cars that are ELS enabled out, and leaves the ones that aren't ELS enabled there for you to view and download.

When I start LCPDFR it says "Using Luxart Emergency Lighting System = False" but I too run ELS v7, so it may be set to false by default. CTRL+M is the default Call of Paramedics hotkey and shouldn't interfere with the ELS control panel opening. Now, as for ELS not working, are you for sure using cars that ARE ELS enabled? If not, the lights won't come on, so replace any Non-ELS cars, if you have any, and the lights should come on.

This isn't my car, but it's the same model, year, and color. It's a 2000 Subaru Outback. I still have my drivers permit, not my driving license yet, so it's not officially mine yet, but its what I always drive. It has almost 175,000 miles on it, but it runs like new.

If you find the hat/helmet of your choice, open up sparkIV or open IV, which ever you prefer to use, and you can import then hat/helmet of you choice.

Yep, bought it a Vista, wiped it, put Xp on until 7 came out then put 7 on. never completely wiped XP off so it can be glitchy. Vista sucked ass. Back to topic: It's not horrible to run dual OS, but it really does save space with just one, which is why you said you're getting rid of one, best of luck!
