its Sgt.Kanyo's CVPI thats why it uses the BxBugs template. multy livery is supported, but you need to om port (modelname)_sign_1 till sign_4 ;) and edit your vehicles.ide file

I assume that would require OpenIV to add things to the archive?; generally I use SparkIV and just replace textures into their respective slots.

you need OpenIV, and you need the skin 4times, named police_sign_1 til 4 and then import
