  1. Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again?
  2. I have the same issue, even with the radio volume turned all the way up. They are all high quality songs. I When I get the chance, I'm just going to amplify them a tad in Audacity when I get a chance.
  3. This is the computer that I just bought about 2 weeks ago: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227507 I can run GTA IV on the highest resolution, all settings set to high, an ENB, and every single car in the game modded to a real car. I can run at about an average of 45-55 FPS and I get lows of around 30 FPS in certain areas. I really like this computer and so far it has handled everything extremely well. Plus, for $650, you still have money left to add more RAM, a better graphics card, and a bigger power supply. EDIT: Although, for your need, this may not be the best thing. But I do like my setup. lol. I do plan on upgrading the power supply, RAM, and graphics card soon. But for a baseline, it isn't horrible.
  4. Toyota is the only remaining big car company left in Australia, and is slated to go under in the not too distant future. Although Holden is stopping production in Australia, it is going to be outsourcing the manufacturing process to Asian countries and importing the cars back into Australia for sale. The company itself will still be based in Australia though. It's sad to see this happening, but times are tough for everyone everywhere. This is way off topic, but I just noticed that you're from the same town as Sidney Crosby! lol.
  5. I opened this topic and all I was was "please god don't let them make a swimsuit edition"and pictured Niko in a bikini... Too much GTA.....I need to get out more...
  6. I enjoy watching pursuits so much. lol. It seems to me that LA county has the most...every time I look up police pursuits, the first like 3 pages of YouTube is just LA County.
  7. NB has some quality cars. Plus it was his video and car pack. Lol. I use this in my game and I really like it.
  8. Definitely you graphics card, not that it needs it, but if you want to upgrade something, do that. It all depends on the wattage of your power supply and whether your motherboard can support a longer card. If you're running a 400 watt power supply, you might be alright, but if you have cash to burn after getting a bigger graphics card, I saw a 1,200 watt power supply on newegg.com for around $200, if not less. That should be more than plenty of power.
  9. Those are, like ineseri said, either ENB or graphic replacements. Both of which can be found here on LCPDFR.
  10. Also, if you press Alt+Tab, it will switch you out of the game. That is a Windows feature that I am pretty sure cannot be changed. In order to go on duty in LCPDFR, you need to press Alt+P.
  11. I don't live in NY, but I visited there, and I don't think I've seen a more wide variety of police cars ever anywhere else!
  12. I haven't tried the Savior ENB yet, but if NB uses it, I would totally go for it. I currently use the Game4Video ENB and it is really good.
  13. OK, so I was wondering if somebody could make a CVPI that was a Christmas tree with these lights: A Federal Signal Vector Lightbar, like the Las Vegas Metro PD uses (ELS) 2, left and right side, upper deck lights in the front windscreen of the car Grill lights 2 on the left and two on the right Flashing headlights with one flashing LED in each headlight, red in the left, blue in the right Rambar lights on the side and on the front Side deck lights underneath the doors 2, left and right side, upper deck lights in the rear window of the car Traffic adviser (if there isn't one on the FedSig Vector) 2, left and right side, Lower deck lights in the rear window Flashing tail lights, just regular red Flashing reverse lights, just regular white If anybody is able to make this, please let me know! Many thanks are given to you already! lol PS: I want the car to be ELS enabled also. Thanks again!
  14. Lolz, just press T then immediately H to start both sirens then witch using T. But still, 7.1 looks bau5!
  15. Sweeet! Just what I was looking for! Thanks! I just wasn't sure what to look up. lol
  16. So I was playing GTA IV a bit ago, and I was wanting to put realistic businesses and advertisements in the environment. I've seen people that do this, but I don't know what they are called and where to find them. Thanks!
  17. It could be what your texture settings are on in-game. What is it set on?
  18. Sweet! Although, I currently can run dual sirens on ELS v7...
  19. You're welcome. Glad that is what got your game working, happy policing!
  20. You need an ASI loader in order for the trainer to work. If you have LCPDFR installed, then one should already be there. If not, you can install LCPDFR and use the one included with it.
  21. The graphics card isn't necessarily going to solve the problem completely. Yes it is going to help immensely, but if you don't have enough RAM or a strong enough processor, the performance will suffer. I currently run a GeForce GTX 650 and it is a very good graphics card, in my opinion at least, and I get fantastic FPS.
  22. Seriously, if you don't like the CVPIs that are out there, use different models. If you can't make one yourself, then don't complain.
  23. Why not make a better one? I don't really understand why they are shit though.
  24. Yesssss! I haven't even made it past the first 45 seconds and I'm already laughing!
  25. Your computer spec will be needed, as the most common problem is that your computer does not have the resources to produce all of the textures in-game. Perhaps it is not strong enough to run GTA. A PC that isn't strong enough to handle GTA plus mods is one of the most common reasons for the texture loss bug, and things not spawning. Once you post your specs, we can go from there.
