I personally could care less what would happen, but if it is legalized, I think it should be treated just like beer and cigarettes. It should only be used in certain designated areas, like cigarettes, and if you consume any, either eating or smoking, and you are caught driving, it should be considered a DUI, just like alcohol. I also believe that for rec use, it should be used not only in the designated areas in public, but it should not be used in public, i.e. you shouldn't be walking down the street blazing while little Johnny and little Susie are walking down beside you. Just my own opinion.

From my point of view, which is probably wrong, but may you have installed the files incorrectly or you may be missing certain files. I personally am not sure, but that is my $0.02.

I'm surprised it took somebody this long to say that! lol I have had a hair drier spit fire at me while trying to dry out gloves. It shorted and a bit of smoke came out then some fire. lol.

I have 8.1 and I use it at school everyday, I absolutely hate the interface and how it works. The fact that it is very fast I like, but the amount of problems I have had with it installing older games; Call of Duty 4 and GTA IV, make it not worth it in my opinion. I hate the start up tiles and what not, so I use Start8 to bypass it, but in general, I would say don't bother upgrading. I also hate the fact that whenever I log onto a new computer at school, I have to sit thru the 5 minute start up tutorial. There is no way around it either.
